The purpose of the present invention is to provide an injection needle unit, provided with a plurality of needle pieces, with a simple structure and capable of easy manufacturing. The injection needle unit provided with: a needle base provided with a medicinal solution accommodation space; and a plurality of needle pieces, each of which is attached to the needle base, and a base end of the needle piece communicates to the medicinal solution accommodation space. The needle base is composed of: a needle base body, provided with an opening for opening the medicinal solution accommodation space in the direction orthogonal to the axis directions of the needle pieces; and a lid for enclosing the opening of the needle base body.

Disclosed is a liquid-sealed cartridge that includes: a liquid storage portion configured to store liquid; a flow path in which the liquid stored in the liquid storage portion flows; and a liquid sealing portion configured to seal the liquid in the liquid storage portion, in which the liquid sealing portion has an outer circumferential portion and a center-side low strength portion disposed closer to a center than the outer circumferential portion, and the center-side low strength portion is broken when pressed, to allow the liquid in the liquid storage portion to flow in the flow path.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a microneedle array and a microneedle manufacturing method, which improves medical solution delivery efficiency and facilitates manufacturing. Disclosed is a liquid-sealed cartridge in which a liquid is transferred by a centrifugal force generated when the liquid-sealed cartridge is rotated around a rotation shaft, including: a liquid storage portion configured to store the liquid therein; a seal having an outer peripheral portion connected to the liquid storage portion, the seal being configured to seal the liquid storage portion; a flow path connected to the liquid storage portion via the seal, through which the liquid in the liquid storage portion is transferred by the centrifugal force in a direction away from the rotation shaft, wherein, when the seal receives a pressing force, the seal is inclined in a pressing direction, with one portion of the outer peripheral portion thereof remaining connected with the liquid storage portion, and the other portion of the outer peripheral portion being separated from the liquid storage portion.

Liquid-sealed cartridge and liquid transferring method

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a micro-needle unit and an injection device capable of being readily connected to a liquid supply source and capable of performing an effective injection via a simple configuration. The micro-needle unit is provided with a plurality of micro-needles disposed on the puncturing side and provided with a flow channel, and drug solution supply needles disposed on the side opposite from the puncturing side in a number less than that of the micro-needles and provided with a flow channel in communication with the aforementioned flow channel, the micro-needle unit thereby being capable of being readily connected to a liquid supply source and capable of performing an effective injection via a simple configuration.

This liquid-sealed cartridge includes: a cartridge body including a plurality of liquid storage portions; a seal body configured to seal an opening of each of the plurality of liquid storage portions; and an elastic body disposed so as to be opposed to the plurality of liquid storage portions, the elastic body being configured to form a passage adjacent to the plurality of liquid storage portions. To achieve the above purpose, the invention is characterized in being provided with: a substrate; a plurality of microneedle base sections formed integrally in a protruding manner on the substrate; and microneedle end sections installed at the ends of the microneedle base sections to form microneedles and provided with in vivo solubility or biodegradability, the microneedle end sections holding the target substance, a recess for admitting the microneedle end sections being provided to the microneedle base sections, and a part of the microneedle end sections being admitted into the recess for admitting the microneedle end sections.

Microneedle array manufacturing method

A microneedle array includes a microneedle unit that includes microneedles; and a microneedle unit support member that includes an opening, guides both ends of the microneedle unit through inclined grooves, and arranges tips of the microneedles so as to project through the opening in an inclined manner.
