An antenna device includes an antenna array in which a plurality of antennas each including a negative differential resistance element and a resonance circuit are arranged, a voltage bias circuit which applies a voltage to the antenna array, a first shunt element which is connected between the antenna array and the voltage bias circuit in parallel relation to each of the negative differential resistance element and the voltage bias circuit, and in which a first resistor and a first capacitor of the first shunt element are connected in series, and a second shunt element which is connected between the first shunt element and the voltage bias circuit in parallel relation to each of the negative differential resistance element and the voltage bias circuit, and in which a second resistor and a second capacitor of the second shunt element are connected in series.

An oscillator is comprising a plurality of resonators and a voltage bias circuit that applies voltages to the plurality of resonators. Each of the plurality of resonators has a negative resistance element. In the oscillator, the plurality of resonators are connected in parallel to the voltage bias circuit respectively via separate inductors.

A terahertz wave camera that acquires information on a measurement target includes: a sensor unit in which a plurality of elements having spectral sensitivity to the terahertz wave are arranged; a readout circuit unit that reads out signals from the elements; a first light-shielding portion; and an optical unit. A driving method enables a liquid feeding apparatus using a driving element in the form of a membrane to feed a liquid at high liquid feeding accuracy. An oscillator disclosed herein includes an oscillation circuit including a negative resistance element, a voltage bias circuit applying voltage to the oscillation circuit.
