An electric oil pump includes a motor unit having a shaft centered on a central axis that extends in an axial direction of the shaft and a pump unit which is disposed on a front side of the motor unit, is driven by the motor unit, and discharges oil. The motor unit includes a rotor that is fixed on a rear side of the shaft, a stator that is disposed outside the rotor in a radial direction, a resin housing in which the rotor and the stator are housed, and a connector assembly that is disposed outside the resin housing in the radial direction. The connector assembly is integrally molded with the resin housing. The pump unit includes a pump rotor installed to the shaft that protrudes from the motor unit and a pump housing in which the pump rotor is housed.

Electric oil pump

A seat for vehicle includes a base member secured to a seat cushion; a rotating arm rotatably supported by the base member through a reclining mechanism; a seat back tiltable with respect to the seat cushion; a center-folding mechanism rotatably supported on the rotating side of the rotating arm; and an arm plate secured to each frame on both sides of the seat back. A second interlocking cam is capable of advancing or retreating into the base member side by a first interlocking cam secured to the arm plate. The base member is provided with a cut-away portion at a predetermined point for containing an engaging portion provided on the tip of the second interlocking cam and for enabling the first and second interlocking cams to act in cooperation, only when the rotating arm is positioned at a predetermined tilt angle.

Seat for vehicle

An adjustable headrest is provided having a main body for supporting the head of the user, a ratchet mechanism within the main body, and a frame rotatably supported on a stay member. The ratchet mechanism includes a base plate fixed to the frame, a ratchet plate with a pawl portion, a support pin connecting the reinforcing plate and the ratchet plate, and a lock member fixed to the frame. The base plate has a receiving hole into which the support pin is inserted. A slit having a width smaller than the outside diameter of the support pin is formed in the base plate and extends backward from the receiving hole such that, when the headrest receives an impact in the backward direction, the support pin moves in the slit while widening the width of the slit under pressure. The resulting backward movement of the pin and the deformation of the slit absorbs the impact.
