A dielectric heating system which is provided with a high frequency oscillator, a housing which forms part of a waveguide and is provided with a loading opening and unloading opening, first and second conductive closing members which respectively close the loading opening and the unloading opening from the inner side of the housing, and a first position holding member which holds the object to be heated inside the housing, which makes the first conductive closing member slide to open the loading opening and charges the object to be heated into the housing, and which makes the second conductive closing member slide to open the unloading opening and unload the object to outside the housing.

Reflow soldering system

A concentrated-winding type stator coil unit for a rotary electric machine is provided with a stator core having a core back and teeth protruding from the core back. Plural coils are wound around the teeth respectively. Each coil is composed of, for example, a first layered coil formed by winding a coil wire in a layer around each tooth to form plural turns arranged in parallel on each tooth and a second layered coil formed by winding the coil wire in a layer to from plural turns around the first layered coil wound around each tooth. The last turn of the first layered coil continues to the first turn of the second layered coil. Both ends of the coil wire are located at and on a base potion of each of the teeth as a winding-start end and a winding-finish end of each of the coils.

Concentrated-winding type stator coil unit for rotary electric machine

A yoke includes a plurality of recessed portions. A teeth block includes a plurality of protruding portions being coupled or fitted into the recessed portions of the yoke. The recessed portions and the protruding portions are disposed as a plurality of pairs in the lamination direction. The protruding portions and the yoke are fixed with a teeth fixing pin.

Combined stator core for an electric rotary machine

A multi-layer coil is wound around a bobbin having a center pillar and a small and a large flanges connected to longitudinal ends of the center pillar. A winding space having a trapezoidal cross-section in a plane cut through the center axis of the bobbin is formed outside the center pillar between both flanges. To wind the multi-layer coil in this winding space, a turning position where a layer of the coil moves up to a higher layer is set by a position setter, and the turning position is automatically shifted layer by layer to form a sloped outer surface of the coil. The coil is wound in a shape fitting the trapezoidal winding space without reducing the winding speed. The space factor of the coil in the winding space is improved, making the coil compact in size.

Apparatus and method for winding multi-layer coil in trapezoidal winding space

A traverse shaft section 609 shifts in response to the rotation of a bobbin rotating section 604 with a predetermined winding pitch P1 equivalent to two to 10 times the diameter of a wire rod 520. With this shift movement of traverse shift section 609, wire rod 520 extracted from a winding nozzle section 610 shifting together with traverse shaft section 609 is wound spirally along a slant surface 530 formed by a first winding section 541 at the winding pitch P1 equivalent to two to 10 times the diameter of a wire rod 520. As a result, an advancing-side wire rod 520a and a reversing-side wire rod 520b cross over each other at opposing inclinations. Hence, it becomes possible to prevent the reversing-side wire rod 520b, when wound on the advancing-side wire rod 520a, from pulling and dislocating the advancing-side wire rod 520a from its regular winding position, thereby eliminating undesirable winding collapse.

Electromagnetic coil and manufacturing apparatus for the same

The present invention prevents the degradation of the power generating efficiency of an alternating current generator by preventing the expansion of an air gap formed between pole cores and a stator core, achieves low-noise operation by preventing generation of high-frequency impact magnetic noise, and makes it possible to relieve strains applied on a magnet holder. The present invention utilizes sixteen magnets, each of which fits between two of sixteen claw-like magnetic poles formed on the outer periphery of Lundell-type pole cores, which rotates integrally with a shaft. The magnets are caught and stopped by a magnet holder which has been formed by interconnecting zig-zagging segments and has elasticity as a whole. Here, the permanent magnets are held by the magnet holder so that the magnet holder does not protrude towards the rotor side from the outer peripheral face of the Lundell-type pole cores and the contacting faces of the magnet holder contact the outer faces of the permanent magnets. The claw-like magnetic poles are disposed so as to face the stator.
