A phase shifter includes an FEThaving its drain electrode connected to an input/output terminal; and FEThaving its drain electrode connected to the source electrode of the FETand its source electrode connected to an input/output terminal; and FEThaving its drain electrode connected to the source electrode of the FET; and an inductorhaving its first terminal connected to the source electrode of the FETand its second terminal connected to a ground. It can reduce the insertion loss by narrowing the gate width of the FET, and carries out the phase shift of a high-frequency signal with suppressing the reflection.

In a variable power divider including a first 90&#xb0; phase combiner (), a second 90&#xb0; phase combiner (), and a phase-amplitude adjustment block (), the phase-amplitude adjustment block () includes, correspondingly to two-channel polarized signals, variable phase shifters () for adjusting their phase amounts and variable attenuators () for adjusting amplitudes (attenuation amounts), and the phase amounts and the amplitudes of the two-channel polarized signals can be adjusted by an antenna control unit (). By this, an antenna apparatus can be inexpensively provided which uses a reflector antenna () to perform transmission/reception of a signal to/from a satellite at high accuracy, and is miniaturized to be suitable for mounting on an aircraft or the like.

The present invention relates to an armature winding of a split stator having a slotted core divided by at least two circumferentially-spaced split lines to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the split stator. The armature winding comprises armature coils in the slots of the stator core connected to provide poles and arranged to provide a plurality of armature coils divided at the split lines. Connecting and disconnecting means are provided to connect and disconnect the armature coils when the split stator is assembled and disassembled, respectively.
