A terminal fitting () includes a welded part () to which the conductor part of an electric wire is ultrasonically welded, and a board-like mounting part () which is formed integrally with the welded part in the axial direction and which a through hole () penetrates in the thickness direction. A contour, when viewed from the penetration direction, of the through hole () is formed of a large radius circle (), a small radius circle () whose radius is smaller than that of the large radius circle, and two tangent lines () which respectively connect the two circles, and the small radius circle is located closer to the welded part than the large radius circle.

Terminal fitting

A connector () includes a housing () for housing a terminal () connected to an electric wire (), and a front holder () attached to the housing (), and configured to allow a connecting portion () of the terminal () to be exposed outside of the housing () and hold the terminal () in a regular position to prevent the terminal () from coming off the housing (). Connector

A shielded connector includes device-side connector which is fixed to a shield case and a cable-side connector which is attached to an end of an external cable and is fitted to the device-side connector. The device-side connector includes a device-side connection terminal, a device-side resin housing, and a device-side shield shell. The device-side shield shell includes a mating shell fixing part which electrically connects the device-side shield shell and a cable-side shield shell.

A movable connector includes a first member, a second member that is adapted to be fixed to the first member, a first connector that is fixed to the first member, a holder that is integrally formed on the second member, and a second connector that is provided within the holder so as to move in a first direction perpendicular to a second direction in which the first connector is connected to the second connector. The first connector is connected to the second connector in accordance with an operation for fixing the first member to the second member.

Movable connector

A connector is provided with a first housing and a cover. The first housing has a terminal receiving chamber in which a first terminal is received, and is fitted to a second housing. The second housing has a second terminal conducted and connected to the first terminal when the first housing is fitted to the second housing. The cover has a first engaging portion engageable with the first housing, a second engaging portion engageable with the second housing fitted to the first housing, and a come-out prevention portion for preventing the first terminal from coming out from the terminal receiving chamber. The cover is held to the first housing by an engagement between the first engaging portion and the first housing, and is held to the second housing by an engagement between the second engaging portion and the second housing. Accordingly, the cover is hard to be removed from the first housing, so that the first terminal is securely prevented form being come out from the terminal receiving chamber of the first terminal.

A resin molding bracket, according to the invention, comprises: a plate-shaped bracket body 10 which is made integral with a resin molding 2 when molded; and a collar 20 into which a bolt is inserted to fixedly secure the bracket body 10, the collar having recesses 20a in the cylindrical surface thereof which are to fixedly position the collar in the bracket body, and having both end portions 20b and 20c protruded respectively from both surfaces of the bracket body 10.

Therefore, the bus bar can be elastically deformed and flexed about the retaining member in a retracting direction of the terminal portion. When the bus bar-holding member is to be insert molded in a housing, the terminal portion which is excessively-projected is forced back by a mold for forming the housing, and is retracted relatively to an amount corresponding to a difference from a proper projection amount.

An injector insulating cover includes a circumferential engagement portion in an inner wall portion. The circumferential engagement portion is engaged in a circumferential direction with respective apexes of a nut portion disposed in a head portion of an injector. When the insulating cover is attached so as to cover the head portion of the injector, the insulating cover cannot relatively rotate about the axis of the injector. Thus, the insulating cover can surely hold electric wires connected to terminals of the injector, so that electric wires elongate in a desired direction, and disadvantages such as that the electric wires come in contact with peripheral components and their insulating sheaths are damaged can be prevented from being produced.

A connector-combined unit case comprises a unit case portion for containing electric components; a connector portion for connecting the unit case to a mating connector, said unit case portion and said connector portion each being sealable against external air; a connection portion integrally connecting said unit case portion and said connector portion; and conductors embedded in layers in said connection portion, each extending to connect said unit case portion with said connector portion. This unit case does not require an apt-to-fail, costly and complex slide core-equipped mold, is free from troubles such as a short-circuit, corrosion of internal components and the like, enables easy coupling and decoupling of a mating connector, and does not require the mating connector to be changed in shape.

A conductor for a connection circuit includes a first conductor band formed in a linear shape and having a base plate and a connection terminal upright at its end and a second conductor band having a base plate and connection terminal extending through a step-like bending conductor and a connection terminal upright at its end are arranged in parallel. The connection terminals of the first conductor band and the second conductor band are opposite to each other. The relative positions of the first and the second conductor band can be adjusted by setting the length of the step-like bending portion for any optional value. The distance between the first conductor band and the second conductor band can be adjusted by bending the base plate portion of the second conductor band in a U-shape.
