A complex type fusible link which includes an insulative block base including a plurality of cavities; a conductive connecting plate which is integrally embedded in the insulative block base, a part of the conductive connecting plate being exposed to at least one of the cavities; a plurality of fusible elements each of which is accommodated in corresponding one of the cavities and includes a first end which is connected to the part of the conductive connecting plate and a second end; and a plurality of terminals each of which is integrally embedded in the insulative block base and includes a first end which is connected to the second end of corresponding one of the fusible elements and a second end which is exposed from the insulative block base, at least one of the fusible elements includes a fastening portion to which another fusible element is fastened.

Complex type fusible link, fuse box, and manufacturing method thereof

A fuse unit includes a bus bar and an insulating protection portion. The bus bar has a power supply connection portion, an output connection portion, and a terminal installation recess provided around the power supply connection portion. The insulating protection portion is disposed on an outer surface of the bus bar so that portions of a surface of the bus bar in the power supply connection portion, the output connection portion, and the terminal installation recess are exposed from the insulating protection portion.

Fuse unit

A manufacturing method of a complex type fusible link. The manufacturing method includes hollowing out a metal plate into a link-like conductor including a connecting plate and a terminal, cutting out the link-like conductor so as to separate the connecting plate and the terminal, forming, by insert molding, a block base including a cavity after setting the connecting plate and the terminal in a mold, and directly connecting a fusible element to an exposed portion of the connecting plate and an exposed portion of the terminal.

Method of manufacturing a complex fusible link

A fusible link unit which is fastened to a battery post clamp terminal clamped to an on-vehicle battery, includes: a bus bar made from a metal plate and including: a battery terminal including at least two mounting edges, and a plurality of fastening holes provided thereon and through which a fastening member of the battery post clamp terminal is inserted, each of the fastening holes corresponding to a respective one of the mounting edges; and at least one fusible portion provided at a side of the bus bar opposite to the battery terminal; and a resin case covering the bus bar except for the at least one fusible portion.

Fusible link unit

The present invention provides a complex type fusible link which includes an insulative block base including a plurality of cavities; a conductive connecting plate which is integrally embedded in the insulative block base, a part of the conductive connecting plate being exposed to at least one of the cavities; a plurality of fusible elements each of which is accommodated in corresponding one of the cavities and includes a first end which is connected to the part of the conductive connecting plate and a second end; and a plurality of terminals each of which is integrally embedded in the insulative block base and includes a first end which is connected to the second end of corresponding one of the fusible elements and a second end which is exposed from the insulative block base.

A fuse unit includes a first connection part to which power is fed and a second connection part to be connected with a mating terminal. The second connection part includes a bolt connection portion to which the mating terminal is connected by a bolt and a connecter connection portion to which the mating terminal is connected by a connector.

A fuse element includes a first conductive part and a second conductive part, and a fusible body which electrically connect the first conductive part and the second conductive part, and fuses when an overcurrent flows itself. The fusible body is formed in a plate shape. The fusible body has a first connection portion, a second connection portion and a fusing member, both ends of the fusing member being connected to the first connection portion and the second connection portion respectively. The fusing member is displaced from the first connection portion and the second connection portion in a first direction being intersect with a second direction in which the first and second connection portions are arranged.

Fuse element and method of manufacturing the same

A current sensor includes a housing having a pair of first slits, a bus bar supported by the housing and electrically connected to a battery post provided on a battery, an annular shield member arranged so as to surround an axis extending in a direction in which a current is flowed in the bus bar, and a magnetic-electric conversion element provided on the housing to detect a magnetic flux density of a magnetic field generated when the current is flowed in the bus bar and produce an electric signal. The magnetic-electric conversion element is arranged between the first slits. The shield member is inserted into the first slits so that the shield member is mounted on the housing.

Current sensor

Disclosed is a fusible link unit which is capable of being directly connected to a battery, and which includes: a band plate portion integrally formed in a bus bar; two fuse circuit-forming members contiguously formed respectively to two sides of the band plate portion; and bodies each including an electrically insulating housing formed onto a corresponding one of the fuse circuit-forming members by insert molding. Flanges as long as the entire width of the band plate portion are formed respectively in two end edges of the band plate portion by bending the flanges from the two end edges in the plate thickness direction. The bodies are arranged side-by-side with a clearance equal to the width of the band plate portion by bending the bodies along the two side edges of the band plate portion in the same direction.

A fusible link unit is provided with a first alternator terminal including a screw hole configured to be connected with an opposite terminal with a screw, a second alternator terminal including a connector configured to be connected with an opposite connector, a battery terminal one or more load terminals respectively including one or more fuse links, wherein the first alternator terminal, the second alternator terminal, the battery terminal, the load terminals and the fuse links are mutually connected and unitized in a fuse unit.

A wire end terminal includes a terminal body portion formed by melting and stamping conductors of a wire W, and a fuse element portion formed between the terminal body portion and the conductors.

Wire end terminal and method of producing same

A fuse element is formed integrally from a conductive metal plate such that two narrow portions are formed side by side between a pair of electrical connection portions. The narrow portions each assume an arch shape and constitute a parallel conductive path. Arch-shaped convex portions are arranged so as to oppose to each other with a predetermined gap therebetween, thus constituting a fusing portion.

Fuse element

In a fusible link including a plurality of fuse circuit-forming members each having a plurality of terminal portions which are arranged in a chain-like manner, and are connected to an interconnecting plate portion through respective fusible portions, and the plurality of fuse circuit-forming members are mounted on housings to form large-current fuse circuits. A bending portion is formed integrally at a generally central portion of the interconnecting plate portion, and the fuse circuit-forming members are formed integrally respectively at opposite sides of the bending portion, and the bending portion and the fuse circuit-forming members are formed by an electrically-conductive flat plate. The insulating housings are formed integrally respectively on the fuse circuit-forming members by insert molding, and the bending portion is bent at its predetermined portions in such a manner that the housings are disposed in parallel opposed relation to each other.

Fusible link and method of producing said fusible link

Insertion piece portions , each having a retaining portion formed at a distal end thereof, is formed on that portion of a cover opening/closing portion disposed near to a hinge portion . A cover body portion has insertion hole portions into which the insertion piece portions can be fittingly inserted, respectively. The cover opening/closing portion and the cover body portion include slanting walls and , respectively, which are opposed to each other, with the hinge portion disposed therebetween, and the insertion piece portions are formed on the slanting wall of the cover opening/closing portion , and the insertion hole portions are formed in the slanting wall of the cover body portion . The pair of insertion piece portions are provided, and the retaining portions of the pair of insertion piece portions project inwardly toward each other or outwardly away from each other. With this construction, the insertion piece portions of the cover opening/closing portion are inserted respectively into the insertion hole portions in the cover body portion , and the retaining portions of the cover opening/closing portion are retained by the insertion hole portions , respectively, so that the cover opening/closing portion is held in the open condition.
