An electronic apparatus includes a first chamber in which a heat generator is arranged and a second chamber separated with a partition from the first chamber. The electronic apparatus is provided with a first cabinet having the partition and an isolation wall that encloses to seal the first chamber, a second cabinet enclosing the second chamber and having an intake port and an exhaust port, a thermoconductive member arranged in the first chamber and connected thermally to the heat generator and to the partition, a heat collecting-radiating member arranged in the second chamber and connected thermally to the partition, and an air blower arranged in the second chamber so as to circulate the air in the second chamber.

Electronic apparatus provided with cooling structure

In a heat-radiating structure HRSin which heat generated in a heat-generating component built in a housing of an electronic apparatus is conducted to the outside, the central portion of a flexible graphite sheet that is folded and shaped so as to be elastic is thermally connected to the heat-generating component, and a flexible conductive member is applied to a portion in which the central portion is thermally connected to the heat-generating component.

Heat-radiating structure of electronic apparatus

A liquid crystal display (LCD) device includes a case, an LCD unit accommodated in the case, and a heat insulating member provided between the LCD unit and the case. In the LCD device, even if a rear side or a display side is exposed to direct sunlight, heat is not transmitted to a liquid crystal material of the LCD unit, and the device is prevented from being darkened by heat.

In a heat conducting unit, a heat conducting member composed of a material with good heat conductivity shaped in correspondence with the shape of a heat path is contained in a container made of a flexible sheet having a given thickness. The heat conducting member contained in the container connects at least two parts at different temperatures to form the heat path for efficiently transferring heat generated in a higher-temperature part to a lower-temperature part. Heat is dissipated away from the lower-temperature part through the heat path to cool the higher-temperature part.
