A vibration damper, which enables a spring constant in the axial direction to be increased while reducing a spring constant in the torsional direction and a spring constant in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction, is provided. With dividing surfaces of first rubber parts and dividing surfaces of second rubber parts separated from each other in the direction of the axis, and spaces formed between the dividing surfaces, first outer cylinder parts and second outer cylinder parts are held and fixed by cylindrical members. Using the spaces between the dividing surfaces of the first rubber parts and the dividing surfaces of the second rubber parts, a compression component of the rubber base in the direction of the axis can be maintained while suppressing a shear component of the rubber base in the torsional direction and the compression component of the rubber base in the direction perpendicular to the axis.

[Problem] To provide a liquid-sealed antivibration device capable of improving the position accuracy of an outer fitting member and a diaphragm. [Solution] Since a cylindrical outer fitting memberwith an outer edge part of a diaphragmconnected thereto is externally fitted on a partition memberat an area on an inner peripheral surface of the outer fitting memberwhere the diaphragmis not connected, that is, since the diaphragmis not interposed between the partition memberand the outer fitting member, the position relation of the outer fitting memberto the partition membercan be stabilized, so that the outer fitting membercan be restrained from inclining relative to the partition member

Liquid-sealed antivibration device

A liquid-sealed antivibration device capable of improving the position accuracy of an outer fitting member and a diaphragm. An outer fitting member () is externally fitted on a partition member () with an interposition portion () interposed, and the interposition portion () is made to be fixed in thickness. Thus, when a diameter reduction process is given to a second attaching member (), the outer fitting member () is restrained from being displaced in a direction to slip out of the partition member (). Therefore, the outer fitting member () is restrained from falling eccentric or inclined relative to the partition member (), and hence, it can be realized that the outer fitting member () and the diaphragm () are improved in position accuracy.

To provide a vibration isolation device capable of preventing the sealing performance in liquid filling work from deteriorating and capable of simplifying maintenance of apparatuses in relation with the liquid filling work. A liquid chamber is filled with liquid from a through hole through a nozzle. A seal section is vulcanizingly formed in the periphery on one end side of the through hole. Because the seal section interferes with a nozzle and is elastically deformed, the sealing performance in pouring in the liquid can be secured. Also, because the seal section is arranged for every vibration isolation device, maintenance of a liquid filling device can be simplified compared with a case the seal section is arranged in the liquid filling device.

Vibration isolation device

In a liquid-sealed type vibration isolator having a first orifice flow channeland a second orifice flow channel, a valve memberformed of a rubber elastomeric membrane for opening and closing the second orifice flow channelis provided on a partitioning memberso as to be orthogonal to the direction of flow in the second orifice flow channel. The valve member is held at the outer peripheral portion thereof by a wall surface of a valve housing chamber, and includes inside the outer peripheral portion thereof a membrane portionB which is subjected to the flexural deformation by the liquid flow in the second orifice flow channel to close openingsC andD of the second orifice flow channel. Communicating holeswhich bring the second orifice flow channel into communication are provided at positions not overlapped with the opening of the membrane portionB. Accordingly, the switching of characteristics is enabled with an inexpensive structure.
