A step apparatus includes a step body that can move between a projecting position where the step body projects from a side surface of the vehicle and a retracted position where the step body is retracted behind the side surface of the vehicle, a drive unit for driving the step body, the drive unit including a rope-shaped member connected to the step body, a rotating drum around which the rope-shaped member is wound, and a drive motor that rotates the rotating drum, and a guide unit for guiding the movement of the step body between the projecting position and the retracted position.

Step apparatus

A door handle device includes a frame fixed to the inside of an outer panel of a vehicle door and a grip provided on the frame from the outside of a vehicle and including an electrical component. The frame is integrally provided with a circuit electrically connected to the electrical component. The door handle device further includes a chassis integrally formed with the frame, and the circuit is provided within the chassis.

A vehicle door outside handle apparatus includes a handle frame fixed to a vehicle door, a handle portion supported on the handle frame, at least one electrical component housed in the handle portion, a handle-side connected portion provided at the handle portion and electrically connected to the at least one electrical component housed in the handle portion, and a frame-side connected portion provided at the handle frame. The frame-side connected portion is adapted to be engaged with the handle-side connected portion. The frame-side connected portion can be then electrically connected with the handle-side connected portion.

A door lock apparatus for a vehicle includes an outside switch provided outside of a vehicle for detecting an opening operation of a door from the outside of the vehicle, an actuator for releasing an engagement of a latch mechanism of the door, a control device electrically connected to the outside switch for driving the actuator in response to the opening operation of the door being detected by the outside switch, and a detecting device for detecting an impact added to the vehicle. When the detecting device detects the impact added to the vehicle, the control device disables the opening operation of the door being detected by the outside switch within a first predetermined time from the detection of the impact.

An outside handle device for a vehicle door comprises a handle main body provided at the outside of the vehicle door, a handle frame fixed to the vehicle door, a first connector provided at a vehicle body side and electrically connected with an electric signal cable at the vehicle body side, and a second connector provided at the handle main body and electrically connected with the electric component accommodated in the handle main body. The first connector and the second connector are placed with a predetermined distance when the handle main body is assembled in the handle.

Door opening/closing control apparatus for a vehicle

A purpose of the invention is providing the door open/close operating device for enhancing flexibility of assembling the door open/close operating device to the vehicle's door and reducing a man-hour for assembling.

Door open/close operating device

A door latch operation device for vehicle which can link a mechanical operation member and a latch mechanism by an operation of a mechanical identification operation member. The door latch operation device includes a lift lever linked to the latch mechanism, an inside lever linked to the mechanical operation member, and an open link provided between the lift lever and the inside lever. The open link is adapted to be operatively connected to the mechanical operation member and the mechanical identification operation member to move the open link and cause the open link to engage the lift lever. The open link is also rotatable to be engaged with and disengaged from the inside lever. A guiding mechanism movably and rotatably guides the open link.

Door latch operation device for vehicle

To expand the versatility of the design specification for a vehicle door, a vehicle door latch operation control device includes a controller which operates a latch release actuator to allow the door to open. The controller has a lock/unlock setting portion which sets an unlock state and a lock state for allowing the latch release actuator to operate and prohibiting the latch release actuator from operating in such a manner that establishing the unlock and lock states at the inside of a vehicle is made independent of establishing the unlock and lock states outside the vehicle.

A door lock assembly has a slide pin (9) slidably supported to an door opening lever (4), a first oblong hole (52) formed in a locking lever (5) and inserting the slide pin (9), and a window like opening (31) formed in the lift lever (3), inserting the slide pin (9) and provided with a projection (31a) capable of restricting a slide motion of the slide pin (9), wherein a position of the slide pin (9) with respect to the opening (31) is changed in correspondence to an operation of the door opening lever (4) and the locking lever (5), thereby engaging and disengaging the pawl (7) with the latch (6), and engaging and disengaging a connection between the door opening lever (4) with the lift lever (3).

A door closer device includes an active lever which, when it is in an abnormal state-with respect to a latch lever, automatically returns a door to a normal state by means of a door closing operation. An active latch which is pivotably supported by an active lever is freely rotatable in one direction, but is rotation regulated by an arm of an active pawl, i.e. a cancel lever, in the other direction. This prevents the latch lever from jumping over the active latch and causing an abnormal state in which the active latch swings wide with respect to the latch lever.

Door closing apparatus

An apparatus for perfectly closing a door of a vehicle basically comprising a latch, a pawl, a motor, an active lever, a latch lever, a pawl switch, and a latch switch. The door closing begins with the action of the latch moving from the door half-closed to the closed position an shown by the switching off of the pawl switch with the latch switch turning on. The electric motor activates upon detecting the door half-closed position and stops when the closed position is reached.
