A vibrator device includes a first excitation electrode, a first pad electrode, and a first drawn wiring line that are disposed at a first surface of a vibrator element, a second excitation electrode, a second pad electrode, and a second drawn wiring line that are disposed at a second surface of the vibrator element, and a spiral first electrode pattern disposed at the first surface of the vibrator element. The first excitation electrode and the second excitation electrode are disposed so as to face each other with the vibrator element therebetween. A first central end section of the first electrode pattern is electrically coupled to the second drawn wiring line via a through electrode provided in the vibrator element. A first outer circumferential end section of the first electrode pattern is electrically coupled to the first drawn wiring line. The first drawn wiring line is electrically coupled to at least one of the first excitation electrode and the first pad electrode. The second drawn wiring line is electrically coupled to at least one of the second excitation electrode and the second pad electrode.

An oscillator includes: an outer package having an accommodation space; an inner package accommodated in the accommodation space and fixed to the outer package via a heat insulating member; a vibration element accommodated in the inner package; a heat generation element accommodated in the accommodation space and fixed to the inner package; an oscillation circuit configured to oscillate the vibration element; a control circuit disposed outside the accommodation space and configured to control the heat generation element; and a conductive wire electrically coupling the outer package and the inner package.

An oscillator includes a second container as a container in which a vibrator is accommodated, a base substrate on which the second container is mounted, three or more protruding portions provided on the base substrate at positions overlapping the second container in a plan view, and a bonding member configured to bond the second container and at least one of the protruding portions.

An oscillator includes a first resonator element, a first package that accommodates the first resonator element, a relay substrate on which the first package is mounted, a heater element that is attached to the first package or the relay substrate, a second package that accommodates the first package, and a heat insulating member that is provided at least between the second package and the relay substrate or between the relay substrate and the first package.

An oscillator includes: a base substrate having a first electrode; a temperature control element mounted on the base substrate and having a first pad electrically coupled to the first electrode; a resonator element having a first major surface and a second major surface in front-back relation with the first major surface, and mounted on the temperature control element in such a way that the second major surface faces the temperature control element; and at least one first bonding wire coupling the first major surface and the first pad together.

An electronic device includes a vibrating element that detects a predetermined physical quantity, an integrated circuit that is electrically connected to the vibrating element, and a ceramic package. The ceramic package is provided with a first external terminal and a second external terminal to which a constant potential is supplied. The first external terminal is electrically connected to the second external terminal in a first mode, and is electrically connected to an internal node of the integrated circuit in a second mode.

A vibrating device has a package having an accommodating space in the interior thereof and a gyro element and an IC chip accommodated in the accommodating space. The package has a plate-like bottom plate having an IC chip mounting area and a vibrating element mounting area. The IC chip mounting area includes an IC chip mounting surface on which the IC chip is mounted. The vibrating element mounting area is arranged in parallel with the IC chip mounting area and includes a vibrating element mounting surface on which the gyro element is mounted. The thickness of the IC chip mounting area is smaller than that of the vibrating element mounting area. The IC chip mounting surface is located closer to a bottom side than the vibrating element mounting surface.

A voltage control type temperature compensation piezoelectric oscillator, includes: a voltage control type oscillation circuit; an automatic frequency control (AFC) circuit outputting a control voltage for controlling an oscillation frequency of the voltage control type oscillation circuit based on an external control voltage; a temperature compensation voltage generating circuit generating a temperature compensation voltage; and a gain variable circuit varying a gain of the temperature compensation voltage. In the oscillator, the gain variable circuit is controlled by the control voltage outputted from the AFC circuit, and the oscillation frequency of the voltage control type oscillation circuit is controlled by an output voltage of the gain variable circuit.
