An a purge device that includes an air purge pipe connected to a condenser and configured to extract a mixed gas containing a refrigerant gas and air from the condenser; a separation film provided to the air purge pipe and configured to separate, by a pressure difference, air from the mixed gas extracted by the air purge pipe; an exhaust pipe configured to externally guide a gas containing air separated by the separation film; a first valve provided to the exhaust pipe; a vacuum pump provided downstream of the first valve in the exhaust pipe and configured to externally discharge a gas present inside the exhaust pipe; and a control unit, the control unit activates the vacuum pump, opens the first valve, then closes the first valve to stop permeation of air caused by a pressure difference when detecting that a predetermined amount of air has permeated the separation film.

Air purge device

An object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerant circulation device and method that can suppress acid generation caused by decomposition of a refrigerant containing an HFO or HCFO. The refrigerant circulation device has a compressor, a condenser, expansion valves and an evaporator connected by a main pipe to form a refrigerant circulation circuit through which a refrigerant is circulated, the refrigerant circulation circuit being filled with a refrigerant containing a hydrofluoroolefin or a hydrochlorofluoroolefin having a carbon-carbon double bond within the molecular structure, wherein the refrigerant circulation device includes a drive that drives the compressor via a speed increaser, and a drive cooling unit that cools the drive with the refrigerant condensed in the condenser, and a desiccant that can trap moisture is disposed in the evaporator or the drive cooling unit.

Refrigerant circulation device, refrigerant circulation method, refrigerant filling method, and method for operating refrigerant circulation device

An object is to provide a lubricating-oil composition for forging molding excellent in lubricity, and a forging molding apparatus also suitable for the lubricating-oil composition of the present invention. The lubricating-oil composition for forging molding of the present invention includes at least two types of solid lubricants having different particle sizes, an extreme-pressure agent, and the balance of base oil. Also, the forging molding apparatus of the present invention includes paired molds formed of an upper mold and a lower mold interposing a forging material therebetween for molding and a lubricating-oil-composition spraying device for spraying the lubricating-oil composition for forging molding onto a surface of the molds, wherein the spraying device includes an oil-feeding tank storing the lubricating-oil composition and a supply tube for suctioning the lubricating-oil composition from the oil-feeding tank for supply to a nozzle, and the supply tube comprises a plurality of suction ports.

Lubricating-oil composition for forging molding and forging molding apparatus

A high-temperature lubricating oil composition is provided, which is resistant to hardening and sludge formation, and displays minimal evaporation loss and superior thermal stability, even under practical high-temperature open system conditions such as those found in a tenter. A lubricating oil composition that provides excellent lubrication without damaging members used within working machinery is also provided. The lubricating oil composition comprises a polyolester based synthetic oil and a Cto Cfatty acid and/or a diphenylamine derivative containing an arylalkyl group with a number average molecular weight of 400 to 800.
