A server is capable of performing communication with each of a multi-functional peripheral and an external terminal device. The server includes a control portion, wherein the control portion is configured to execute: storing, when the multi-functional peripheral executes image output according to a user operation that is input from the external terminal device or an operating portion provided on the multi-functional peripheral in a state where a first user interface image is displayed on the multi-functional peripheral or/and a state where a second user interface image is displayed on the external terminal device, a history of the user operation; and transmitting a content to be displayed in the first user interface image and the second user interface image based on the stored history of the user operation stored.

Image output system having a customized user interface

A multi-functional peripheral includes a communication portion configured to communicate with an external terminal apparatus, and an image output control portion configured to execute an image output in accordance with input information of a user interface image from the external terminal apparatus. The user interface image is an image which is transmitted from a server when succeeding in user authentication based on user identification information input from the external terminal apparatus and is for operating the multi-functional peripheral specified dependent on the user identification information. The image output control portion executes the image output in a state in which an interface image of an initial screen is displayed on a display portion of the multi-functional peripheral and the user interface image is displayed on a display portion of the external terminal apparatus.

An authentication processing portion of an MFP requests user authentication to a server based on user information including at least a user ID input from a mobile terminal apparatus or an operation panel. The server has a user authentication portion which performs the user authentication and a UI instruction portion which specifies, when the user authentication succeeds, a UI image displayed on a display panel of the apparatus for operating the MFP depending on the user ID, and instructs the MFP to display the UI image on the apparatus. The MFP executes image output in accordance with a user operation received from the apparatus through the wireless communication portion in a state where the UI image is displayed on the apparatus.

A lithium nickel composite oxide, having small inner resistance, large battery capacity and high thermal stability, can be used as a positive electrode active material for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery. A multi-functional peripheral (MFP') capable of outputting an image having a wireless communication portion which communicates with an external terminal apparatus wirelessly, a receiving portion which receives a user interface image upon authentication, and a display portion, the user interface image being specified in accordance with a user identification information and a user operation history, and constituting an image displayed on the display portion to operate the MFP directly and/or an image displayed on a terminal-side display portion provided in the external terminal apparatus to operate the MFP, with the MFP executing image output according to user operation received from the operation portion and/or the external terminal apparatus via the wireless communication portion, in a state where the above images are displayed as the user interface image, and based on the user operation history, changing the user interface image specified in order to facilitate operation by the user.
