A metal laminating/shaping device includes a base, a head unit including a base material injection device, and drive devices that change a positional relationship between the base and the head unit in a spatial coordinate system. The base material injection device includes a base material heating unit that heats a base material that is a metal piece having a fixed shape such that a temperature of an interior of the base material is raised to a temperature below a melting point and a temperature of a surface of the base material is raised to the melting point, and a base material injection unit that injects the heated base material toward the base. The metal laminating/shaping device can form a metal shaped article having a complicated structure at a low cost.

In feed dog mounting/unmounting mechanism, lever is slidably provided to feed base in the front-rear direction, and is forced backward by a lever force-applying spring. Upon sliding lever rearward, fixing target portion of feed dogis fixedly held by base-side fixing portion of feed base and lever-side fixing portion of lever arranged in the front-rear direction. Stopper is provided to feed base so as to be movable in the upper-lower direction, and holds lever. When feed dog is mounted, stopper is pressed downward by feed dog, which moves stopper so as to allow lever to slide. With this, lever is slid due to force applied by the lever force-applying spring, thereby allowing fixing target portion to be held, interposed between base-side fixing portion and lever-side fixing portion.

A power supply control IC controls a ratio of on-time to a switching cycle of the switching element, based on a current sensing voltage generated at a current sense resistor. The power supply control IC causes the switching operation of the switching element to stop when a voltage at the power supply terminal decreases to a stop voltage or less.

In the method, during assembly of the electrical product, a potential difference between two points on electric wires or signal wires electrically connected with an impedance element, which is inside the electrical product, interposed therebetween is constantly measured. Also, in the method, if a change that exceeds a predetermined threshold value, based on which electrostatic discharge noise and a normal potential range are distinguished from each other, occurs in the potential difference between the two points, measurement data on the potential difference between the two points is recorded and a mark for indicating that the electrical product was affected by electrostatic discharge is provided to the electrical product.
