Disclosed is a flame-retardant hot-melt adhesive to be applied to the inner surface of a heat-shrinkable tube, It contains 100 parts by weight of a resin composition having an MI value (190.degree. C.) of 30-220, 5-40 parts by weight of a chloric or bromic flame-retardant, 1-30 parts by weight of an inorganic flame-retardant and 0.1-20 parts by weight of fine powder having an average particle diameter between 0.01 and 40 microns. It is a flame-retardant adhesive which shows good fluidity when subjected to external force and no dropping occurs if it burns.

A wiring board, which can be efficiency produced and has excellent heat resistance, and a method of manufacturing the same. With ion-irradiation, a conductive layer and a metal layer are formed in an insulating substrate. In the vicinity of the interface between the insulating substrate and the metal layer, a composition region, which includes the atoms of the insulating substrate and the metal layer, is formed by applying ions to a metal layer formed in the insulating substrate.

Wiring board and a method of manufacturing

Heat-shrinkable two-layer tubing comprising (a) an outer layer comprising a crosslinked resin composition comprising a fluorine-containing resin containing a vinylidene fluoride unit as a base polymer and a polyfunctional monomer containing at least two unsaturated double bonds in the molecule thereof, and (b) an inner layer having provided on the inner wall of the outer layer comprising a fluorine-containing resin composition. The tubing is excellent in heat resistance and chemical resistance and exerts an excellent sealing effect on heating.
