The plurality of designation conditions include first designation conditions and second designation conditions. The processor is configured to create a child template for creating a virtual machine image to operate on a virtual machine. The child template is based on the parent template and includes at least one designation condition. The processor is configured to compare the at least one designation condition of the child template to the plurality of designation conditions stored in the memory. The processor is configured to display a result of the comparison.
