A display device with a touch panel includes the touch panel having a first substrate having a detection area to detect a coordinate and an outside area in which at least one external terminal is formed, a plurality of first lines to detect the coordinate in the detection area, a plurality of second lines to detect the coordinate in the detection area, wherein each of the plurality of first lines traverse each of the plurality of second lines. An organic emitting display panel is arranged under the touch panel, and a circular polarizing plate arranged at a side of the touch panel opposite to the organic emitting display panel. The organic emitting display panel, the touch panel, and the circular polarizing plate are arranged in this order.

Display device with touch panel

A display device with a touch panel which includes a first substrate, and a second substrate facing the first substrate. The first and second substrates each include a detection area to detect a coordinate and an outside area which includes external terminals. The first substrate includes first lines to detect a coordinate, and the second substrate includes second lines, made of metal, in the detection area which face the first substrate. A polarizing plate is arranged on the first substrate at a side opposite to the second substrate.

An organic electroluminescence display device is disclosed wherein plural organic electroluminescence elements each having an anode, a cathode and an organic layer sandwiched in between the anode and the cathode, the plural organic electroluminescence elements including organic electroluminescence elements developing different colors in a row direction, and at least one of the organic layers having an outer edge of a conic section at an end portion in a column direction thereof, the outer edge of the conic section becoming narrower gradually in its width in a row direction of vapor deposition thereof toward an extreme end at an end portion in a column direction thereof. The organic electroluminescence display device can improve the vapor deposition accuracy and the degree of design freedom.

Organic electroluminescence display device

The present invention realizes the reduction of cost of a display device having a touch panel. The display device having a touch panel includes a display panel, and a touch panel which is arranged on the display panel in an overlapping manner in plane. The touch panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate which are arranged to face each other with spacers sandwiched therebetween, and a first semiconductor chip which is mounted on the first substrate. The first substrate includes, on a surface side thereof which faces the second substrate, a plurality of first lines which is arranged parallel to each other in the first direction, a first chip mounting region on which the first semiconductor chip is mounted, and a plurality of first connection portions each of which is constituted of a portion of each line in the plurality of first lines, the first semiconductor chip includes a plurality of first bump electrodes which is arranged in one direction, the plurality of first connection portions are arranged in the arrangement direction of the plurality of first bump electrodes within the first-chip mounting region, and an arrangement pitch of the plurality of first bump electrodes is set larger than an arrangement pitch of the plurality of first connection portions.

Metal processing method, manfacturing method of metal mask and manufacturing method of organic light emitting display device

The strength of the whole OLED is increased by proposing a new method of fixing OLED panels. To address the problem, an OLED element is formed on a substrate, and a sealing substrate of a structure by which the substrate is sealed is fixed to a lower metallic frame via an elastic sheet. Silicon resin is preferably used as the sheet, and use of a sheet having a heat diffusion function based on radiation is more desirable.

The present invention aims at the suppression of chromaticity irregularities and brightness irregularities by reflecting a result of an analysis of film forming misalignment of an organic EL layer. Organic EL display device including display panel

A top-emission-type organic EL display device which exhibits uniform screen brightness is realized by preventing a voltage drop of an upper electrode formed of a transparent conductive film. Pixels each of which is sandwiched between an upper electrode and a lower electrode are arranged in a matrix array to form a display region. An auxiliary electrode extends in the lateral direction between the pixels and the pixels for preventing a voltage drop of the upper electrode. A current supply line which supplies an electric current to the upper electrode and the auxiliary electrodes are made conductive with each other by forming a through hole in an insulation layer. To ensure reliability of connection at the through hole, a contact electrode made of metal which overlaps with the auxiliary electrode is formed on the through hole by vapor deposition.

Organic electro-luminescent display device

An aperture LAR of a light-emitting portion is changed in diameter (size) from the center portion of a screen to the peripheral portion thereof. In this manner, any displacement observed between the aperture LAR and a vapor deposition region VAR of an organic EL material is controlled. The aperture LAR is preferably larger in size at the center portion of the screen, and smaller in the peripheral portion thereof. As such, a light-emitting layer is vapor-deposited on a substrate correctly for every pixel so that a high-quality self-emitting display including organic EL display can de derived.

In an image display device, assuming the distance between electron sources and control electrodes is Lkg, the distance between the control electrodes and acceleration electrodes is L, the thickness of opening holes formed in the control electrodes is Tgl and the short diameter of the opening holes formed in the control electrodes is FGI, the acceleration electrodes satisfy the relationship (Lkg+Tgl+L/2)/FGI&#x2267;0.25; assuming the thickness of the opening holes formed in the acceleration electrodes is Tgand the short diameter of the opening holes formed in the acceleration electrodes is FG, the acceleration electrodes satisfy the relationship Tgmin&#x2266;Tg&#x2266;Tgmax and the relationship Tgmin=2.98FG&#x2212;0.04; assuming FG&#x3c;0.109, the acceleration electrodes satisfy the relationship Tgmax=0.02/(0.115&#x2212;FG)&#x2212;0.06; and assuming FG&#x2267;0.109, the acceleration electrodes satisfy the relationship Tgmax=0.03/(FG&#x2212;0.1)+0.045. Due to such a constitution, light emission control can be easily performed and self-alignment of the electron sources and the control electrodes can be realized.

The present invention relates to a color cathode ray tube provided with a pressed-type shadow mask. As material for constituting the shadow mask , a single plate body made of a composite gradient alloy plate consisting of three layers A, B, C or more in which an alloy element has the concentration gradient which is continuously changed from one surface to the other surface is used. The present invention can realize a pressed mask having a large radius of curvature by self-correcting the thermal deformation such as a doming or the like.
