The present invention provides an urethane resin composition containing an urethane resin (A), water (B), and a film forming auxiliary (C), wherein the film forming auxiliary (C) is a polyethylene glycol (c1) and/or a polyethylene glycol (c2) having an alkoxy group having 11 or less carbon atoms. Further, the present invention provides a layered product having at least a substrate (i) and a foamed layer (ii) which is formed from the above-mentioned urethane resin composition. The polyethylene glycol (c1) and the polyethylene glycol (c2) preferably have a weight average molecular weight in the range of from 100 to 4,000. The urethane resin (A) preferably has an anionic group.

A method for producing a coagulate includes: incorporating, into an aqueous urethane resin composition containing an aqueous urethane resin having an acid value of 0.01 mg KOH/g or more, a thickening agent having an oxyethylene group content of 2&#xd7;10mol/g or less in an amount in the range of from 0.01 to 30 parts by mass, relative to 100 parts by mass of the aqueous urethane resin, to thicken the composition; and then coagulating the thickened composition using a coagulant containing a metal salt). A porous structure can be formed from an aqueous urethane resin composition without subjecting the composition to heating or foaming step, and therefore a coagulate having a porous structure can be stably obtained with ease.

Method for producing coagulate

The present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing synthetic leather in which, after obtaining a thickened liquid by adding a thickening agent (B) with an oxyethylene group content of 2&#xd7;10mol/g or less to an aqueous urethane resin composition containing an aqueous urethane resin (A) having an acid value of 0.01 mgKOH/g or higher in a range of 0.01 to 30 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the aqueous urethane resin (A), the thickened liquid is coated on a base and coagulated with a coagulating agent (C) containing a metal salt (c-1). As the thickening agent, it is preferable to use one or more kinds of thickening agent that is selected from the group consisting of a cellulose thickening agent, an acryl thickening agent, and a urethane thickening agent. Furthermore, as the metal salt (c-1), calcium nitrate is preferable.

Method for manufacturing synthetic leather

The present invention provides a glove having a skin made from an aqueous urethane resin composition including an aqueous urethane resin (A), an aqueous medium (B), and a fluorine compound (C), in which the fluorine compound (C) is a fluorine compound (C-1) that is a polymer of a polymerizable monomer (c1-1) having a fluorinated alkyl group having 4 to 6 carbon atoms and a polymerizable monomer (c1-2) having a polyoxyethylene structure represented by general formula (2), or a fluorine compound (C-2) that is a polymer of a polymerizable monomer (c2-1) having a polymerizable unsaturated group at both ends of a poly(perfluoroalkylene ether) chain and a polymerizable monomer (c2-2) having a polyoxyalkylene structure represented by general formula (4).

Glove

The present invention provides a glove including a coagulated film of an aqueous polyurethane composition containing anionic polyurethane (A), which has an oxyalkylene group content within a range of 4 to 12 mol/kg and a urea bond content of 0.2 mol/kg or less, and an aqueous medium (B). The anionic polyurethane (A) is preferably the reaction product of polyoxytetramethylene glycol, a glycol having a carboxyl group, ethylene glycol, and diphenylmethane diisocyanate or the reaction product of polyoxytetramethylene glycol, a glycol having a carboxyl group, butanediol, and diphenylmethane diisocyanate. The average particle diameter of the anionic polyurethane (A) is preferably within a range of 0.01 to 1 &#x3bc;m.

Gloves

To provide an aqueous resin composition including: an anionic polyurethane (A) having an aromatic ring; an acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (B); an aqueous medium (C); a vulcanizing agent (D); and a vulcanizing accelerator (E). The anionic polyurethane (A) is preferably a product of reaction of polyoxytetramethylene glycol, a carboxyl group-containing glycol, ethylene glycol, and diphenylmethane diisocyanate, or a product of reaction of polyoxytetramethylene glycol, a carboxyl group-containing glycol, butanediol, and diphenylmethane diisocyanate. An object of the invention is to provide a mixture of aqueous polyurethane and NBR having excellent storage stability, even in a case where the vulcanizing agent and the vulcanizing accelerator are added.
