A mill roller () is provided with a roller main body () that rotates about an inclined axis line (O) and has an outer peripheral surface () for pulverizing an object to be crushed against the mill table (). The outer peripheral surface () is convex outward in a radial direction of the roller main body (). The outer peripheral surface () has a first outer peripheral surface () and a second outer peripheral surface (). The first outer peripheral surface () has an arcuate shape formed to have the same radius of curvature on both sides of a maximum outer diameter point (A). The second outer peripheral surface () is further receded inward in the radial direction than an imaginary circle running along the first outer peripheral surface ().

Mill roller and pulverizer

A biomass pulverizing apparatus includes a pulverizing apparatus body including a feedstock supply pipe, the pulverizing apparatus body for supplying biomass feedstock from above in a vertical axial direction, a pulverizing table for placing the biomass feedstock, a drive section for rotationally driving the pulverizing table, a pulverizing roller for pulverizing the biomass feedstock by a pressing force, the pulverizing roller being operated in conjunction with the rotation of the pulverizing table, a blower unit for forming an upward flow upward from below on the outer peripheral side of the pulverizing table so as to jet conveying gas for conveying the pulverized biomass powder in an air stream, a classifier, the classifier for classifying the biomass powder accompanied with the conveying gas, and a blowing gas introduction section.

Biomass pulverizing apparatus and biomass/coal mixed-combustion system

A steam generator is operated under both of supercritical pressure and subcritical pressure and has having generating tubes that form a furnace wall. Upper and lower generating tubes which are directed vertically and central generating tubes are inclined by 10.degree. to 35.degree. with respect to a vertical line. The steam generator further includes a burner wind box which is inclined along the inclination of the central generating tubes and are vertically divided into a plurality of stages.

A pressure-swing adsorption type gas separator system includes two adsorption vessels and a switching valve for placing each of the adsorption vessels alternately in communication with a raw gas source and an exhaust gas line so that a pressurized adsorption process and a reduced-pressure desorption process are sequentially carried out in each of the vessels. The switching valve is a four-port rotary valve having four ports connected to the adsorption vessels, a raw gas source and an exhaust gas line and is driven by a rotary drive. Preferably, the rotary drive is a drive motor for a pressurizing pump provided in a raw gas line, and the four-port rotary valve is connected to the drive motor via a speed reducer.
