A monitoring camera system includes a camera and a master device communicating with the camera and a mobile communication terminal having a display. The camera detects movement of a person at a first timing in an imaging area and transmits a predetermined notification to the master device at a second timing. The master device transmits an image request for requesting a first captured image captured at the first timing and a second captured image captured at the second timing to the camera, based on the predetermined notification from the camera. The camera transmits the first captured image and the second captured image in association with each other to the master device based on the image request transmitted from the master device. The master device transmits the first captured image and the second captured image in association with each other to the mobile communication terminal to be displayed on the display.

Monitoring camera system and monitoring method

A camera system comprising a camera and a hub connected to the camera, wherein the camera system allows handing over while the hub and a portable terminal device (smart phone) are communicating via a router. This camera system adopts a configuration provided with a DECT camera for transmitting media data that includes audio data and/or video data, and a hub for receiving the media data transmitted from the DECT camera, periodically receiving an IP address notification from a previously correlated smart phone, and transmitting the media data to the transmission source of the latest of the IP address notification.

Camera system and communication method

In a monitoring system, a master device stores setting information indicating a predetermined state for detecting a target by using a sensor in a storage unit, and transmits the setting information to a camera (a baby monitoring camera or a monitoring camera) having a sensor built thereinto or correlated with a sensor so as to set a detection parameter therein. When the predetermined state set by the detection parameter is detected, the camera transmits a detection notification to the master device. When the detection notification is received from the camera, the master device transmits detection notification information to a smartphone, and the smartphone displays a detection information screen based on the detection notification information transmitted from the master device on a display/input unit.

A communicating apparatus for relaying a data communication between a first network and a second network, includes a receiving unit having an interface for a first network connection and serving to receive a packet from a terminal connected to the first network; and a control processor that acquires an IP address of the terminal from the packet received by the receiving unit, obtains a range of a subnet mask value which can be taken by the terminal based on the IP address, obtains a candidate for a host address corresponding to each subnet mask value, sets the host address candidate accessibly from the terminal, determines an estimated value of the subnet mask value of the terminal based on a state of the packet which is received from the terminal and is transmitted to the host address candidate, and sets the estimated value as a subnet mask value corresponding to an interface for the first network connection.
