Provided is an arm device. The arm device includes: a first gimbal portion configured to rotatably support an instrument about a first rotational axis extending along an axis line of the instrument; a second gimbal portion configured to rotate the instrument about a second rotational axis extending along a direction intersecting the first rotational axis; a distal portion configured to rotate the instrument about a third rotational axis extending to intersect a plane including the first rotational axis and the second rotational axis. The third rotational axis has an inclination angle greater than 0 degree and less than 90 degrees when a horizontal direction is defined as 0 degree and an upper vertical direction is defined as 90 degrees.

Arm device

An apparatus for supporting a medical instrument includes an arm, which has a support portion to support a medical instrument at one end, and an intermediate portion of which is supported by a base portion via a support column. The arm moves the support portion horizontally and vertically. The apparatus also includes a rotary connecting member, which is provided at a second end of the arm and moves to a position corresponding to a position to which the support portion has been moved. The apparatus further includes a counterweight, which is connected to the support column to be immovable in the horizontal directions and movable in the vertical directions, and generates vertically downward force. The rotary connecting member is connected to the counterweight so as to be movable in the horizontal directions relative to the counterweight and movable in the vertical directions together with the counterweight.

Supporting apparatus for medical instrument

A microscope for operation having an illuminating optical system with an illuminating field diaphragm, for directing an illuminating light toward an eye to be operated upon, an objective body tube with an objective positioned in the body tube to be opposite to the eye, a pair of observing optical systems disposed at opposite sides of an optical axis of the objective for observing the eye, a front lens disposed between the objective and the eye to collect the illuminating light and to guide the collected light in the front of the eye for illuminating the interior of the eye, and a slit plate provided in the optical path of the illuminating optical system, with the illuminating field diaphragm being conjugate with an anterior focus position uof the objective, which is conjugate with a fundus through the front lens.

Disclosed is a microscope for operation. This microscope for operation comprises a front lensdisposed between an eyeto be operated and an objective. The front lens collects an illuminating light P to guide the collected light within the eye for illuminating an interior of the eye. An operator performs an operation within the eye through an eyepiece. A refracting power of the front lensis within a range of 30 D to 50 D.

Disclosed is a microscope for operation. This microscope for operation comprises a front lens 15 disposed between an eye 8 to be operated and an objective 14. The front lens collects an illuminating light P to guide the collected light within the eye for illuminating an interior of the eye. An operator performs an operation within the eye through an eyepiece 39. A refracting power of the front lens 15 is within a range of 30D to 50D.
