Provided is a substrate working machine including a holding device configured to hold a substrate in which multiple through-holes are formed, an inserting device configured to insert multiple terminals of a component into the multiple through-holes of the substrate held by the holding device, and an imaging device configured to simultaneously image a shape of a pair of pins and a pair of through-holes of the multiple through-holes, in which positions of the pair of through-holes and the shape of the pair of pins are calculated based on image data captured by the imaging device.

A component supply method of supplying components scattered on a stage, includes a storage step of storing position information indicating a position of a component, posture information indicating a posture of the component, and number information indicating the number of components based on imaging data of the components scattered on the stage, and a holding step of holding the components scattered on the stage with a holding tool based on the position information and the posture information stored in the storage step.

Work machine and mounting method

The three-dimensional mounting device includes a supporting section capable of fixing a processing target, an application section for applying a viscous fluid to the processing target, a mounting section for arranging a component on the processing target, an imaging section for imaging the processing target, and a control section for controlling the processing section including the supporting section, the application section, the mounting section, and the imaging section. One or more of the supporting section, the application section, the mounting section, and the imaging section has multiple tilt axes and is capable of tilting the processing target and/or the processing section in multiple directions. The control section performs coordinate correction using the circuit pattern on the forming surface as a reference position, and arranges the component on the mounting section.

Three-dimensional mounting device and three-dimensional mounting method

A memory device memorizes a link between an orientation of a leaded component supported on a component support section and a type of component holding tool used for holding the leaded component of the orientation is memorized in a memory device. Also, the component support section on which multiple leaded components are scattered is imaged by an imaging device, and orientations of leaded components supported on the component support section are identified based on the captured image data. Then, the component holding tool of a type memorized as being linked to the identified orientation of leaded component is decided as the component holding tool for holding the leaded component. By this, it is possible to exchange a component holding tool according to an orientation of a leaded component, thus it is possible to hold leaded components of various orientations using component holding tools.

Component supply device

A charging system including a recognizing section provided on the main body and configured to recognize individual identification information of the rented unit attached to the main body; an attachment position information memory section configured to memorize a relationship between an attachment position of the main body to which the rented unit is attached and the individual identification information of the rented unit attached to the main body; an operating information acquiring section provided on the main body and configured to acquire operating information of the rented unit attached to the main body; an operating information memory section configured to memorize the operating information for each of the individual identification information; and a charge calculating section configured to calculate a charging amount based on the operating information memorized on the operating information memory section.

Charging system and charging method for rented unit for substrate-related operation machine

A component supply device including a component storage device that stores a plurality of components, a component support member on which the components from the component storage device are dispersed, and a component return device that returns the components on the component support member to the component storage device, is provided. In a case where the necessary number of components exceeds the number of holdable components, return work of the components to the component container and dispersal work of the components to the component support section are carried out prior to holding the components from the component support section by the component holding tool.

Mounting work machine

A method for suitably picking up a component supplied in a lined up state. The component that is at pickup position is held using component holding device; and while holding the component with the component holding device, the component holding device is moved specified distance in a direction towards a component adjacent to the held component, then the component holding device is moved specified distance in a direction opposite to the first direction, and then the component holding device is raised.

Component pickup method

In a component mounter, a cut and clinch unit is arranged below a circuit board that is conveyed by a conveyance device, and the cut and clinch unit can be moved to a given position by a moving device. When imaging a fiducial mark of the circuit board using an imaging device, the cut and clinch unit is moved such that an identification assistance sticker arranged on the cut and clinch unit is positioned as the background to the fiducial mark. The color of the circuit board surrounding the fiducial is white and the color of the identification assistance sticker is black. Thus, the outline of the fiducial mark is clear and the fiducial mark can be appropriately recognized based on the image data.

Work machine

A cut and clinch device that bends leads of a leaded component into at least one of an bent-in state, a bent-out state, or an N-bent state. The bent-in state is a state with a pair of leads bent inside by moving a pair of movable sections towards each other. The bent-out state is a state with a pair of leads bent outside by moving a pair of movable sections away from each other. The N-bent state is a state with a pair of leads bent into an N-shape by moving a pair of slide bodies towards each other, moving a pair of movable sections away from each other, and then rotating the pair of slide bodies around a center point. Thus, leads can be bent into various states, and a leaded component can be appropriately mounted on a board.

Cutting and bending device

A component mounter provided with a component holding tool that holds leaded component, and a moving device that moves the component holding tool to a given position, wherein leads of leaded component held by the component holding tool are contacted against the upper surface of circuit board, are moved in a state being elastically deformed, and are inserted into through-hole of circuit board. Thus, even in a case in which leads are contacted against the upper surface of circuit board without leads being directly inserted into through-holes, it is possible to insert leads into through-holes. Also, it is possible to prevent plastic deformation of leads by leads being pressed too much in a state contacting the upper surface of circuit board.

Board work machine and insertion method

Multiple types of leaded components are scattered on component support member, and those multiple types of components are imaged by an imaging device. Identification information for identifying each type of the multiple types of components, and position information representing the position of the components on the component support section, is acquired from image data captured by the imaging device. Then, based on the identification information and the position information, any of the multiple types of components on the component support member are held by a holding tool. By this, it is possible to pick up any of the multiple types of components scattered on the component support section and it is possible to supply many types of components using the component supply device. Also, there is no need for an operator to check components on the component support section, so the operator workload is reduced.

An order processing device acquires an order request of a mounting member that is attached to mounting device and that handles a component, and component related information including information related to a component of a specific shape to be handled by the mounting member or information of a component related member that relates to a member that stores the component. Next, the order processing device outputs design data of the mounting member designed based on the acquired component related information to a customer PC of a requester. Designing of the mounting member is performed on the side of the supplier of mounting device and the design data is delivered to the requester, and the mounting member is manufactured on the requester side based on the design data using technology possessed by the requester.

Order processing device, identification information plate, and order processing method

A control device of soldering device identifies the type of lead component to be soldered when soldering multiple types of lead components sequentially with jet device and reads out a value of a soldering parameter corresponding to the lead component type from an HDD. Then, the control device controls jet device so that the lead component is soldered based on the value of the soldering parameter. As a result, the lead of the lead component is soldered with the value of the soldering parameter corresponding to the type of the lead component.
