A headlamp control apparatus for a vehicle includes a front vehicle detection unit, a speed determination unit, and a headlamp control unit. The headlamp control unit controls lighting of a headlamp, based on a detection by the front vehicle detection unit and a determination by the speed determination unit. The headlamp control unit has: a first mode of varying a region to be illuminated based on a position of a front vehicle when the front vehicle is detected, and switching to high beam when no front vehicle is detected; and a second mode of switching to low beam when the front vehicle is detected, and switching to the high beam when no front vehicle is detected. The headlamp control unit causes the control to transition to the second mode when, in the first mode, the speed determination unit determines that the vehicle's traveling speed has become less than a first speed.

Provided is a lamp lighting control system including a turn lamp, a position lamp configured to provide a light-emitting face included in a light-emitting face provided by the turn lamp, an accessory lamp configured to provide a light-emitting face at least partially identical to the light-emitting face provided by the turn lamp, and a lighting control unit that is configured to control lighting states of the turn lamp, the position lamp, and the accessory lamp. The lighting control unit is configured to turn off the accessory lamp in a case where the position lamp is turned on and the turn lamp is turned on, and turn on the accessory lamp in a case where the position lam is turned on and the turn lamp is turned off.

The engine temperature is configured to acquirer acquire a temperature in an engine compartment of the vehicle. The displacement amount calculator is configured to calculate a displacement amount of the optical axis on a basis of the temperature. The operation information acquirer is configured to acquire operation information indicating an operation status of a cooling device for the engine. The optical axis adjuster is configured to adjust the optical axis of the headlamp unit on a basis of the displacement amount and the operation information.

Optical axis adjustment device

Provided is an optical axis adjustment device for a vehicle headlamp. The optical axis adjustment device adjusts an optical axis of a headlamp unit to be mounted in a vehicle, and the optical axis adjustment device includes: an engine temperature acquirer; a displacement amount calculator; a speed information acquirer; and an optical axis adjuster. The engine temperature acquirer acquires a temperature in an engine compartment of the vehicle. The displacement amount calculator calculates a displacement amount of the optical axis based on the acquired temperature. The speed information acquirer acquires speed information including a travel speed and a travel time of the vehicle. The optical axis adjuster adjusts the optical axis of the headlamp unit on a basis of the calculated displacement amount and the acquired speed information.
