A squirrel-cage rotor of an asynchronous machine has a rotor bar () in a rotor stack (), wherein the bar () can be tipped at a tipping point () when the bar () has not yet been cast. The rotor bar () can in this case have a contour on a radial outer face, wherein the bar () can also have a channel (), the opening () in said channel being wider than the shoulders () of the limbs () which form the channel ().

For reducing vibrations and noise in electrical machines a rotor is mounted in a magnetic alignment device while a bearing shield is loosely held relative to a stator. The rotor is driven by the stator and vibrations of the rotor are detected. A magnetic alignment device is controlled so as to reduce the vibrations. Finally the bearing shield is fixed to the stator in a position determined by the controlling of the magnetic alignment device. Thus electromagnetic forces are taken into consideration during vibration and noise reduction.

A rotor for a reluctance motor includes a laminated core having a number of rotor sheet metal blanks. Each rotor sheet metal blank includes flux barriers cast with a non-ferromagnetic casting compound and at least one soft-magnetic rotor sheet which delimits the flux barriers. Flux barriers of adjacent rotor sheet metal blanks are arranged offset relative to one another so that the flux barriers of one of the adjacent rotor sheet metal blanks are delimited in an axial direction at least partially by the rotor sheets of the other one of the adjacent rotor sheet metal blanks, with the casting compound of the flux barriers adhering in an adhesion zone to the rotor sheets.

A stator for an electric motor includes a substantially hollow-cylindrical stator stack provided with wire windings and an end winding, which adjoins the stator stack in the axial direction. The stator stack includes a number of slots, wherein a coolant line is inserted into the respective slot. To improve efficiency of the electric motor, a section of the respective coolant line extends into the region of the end winding.

An electrical machine includes a stator, a rotor magnetically interacting with the stator, a shaft supported on the stator for rotation in a first direction of rotation and in a second direction of rotation which is opposite to the first direction of rotation, wherein the rotor is arranged on the shaft, a first axial fan mounted on the shaft on a side of the rotor for co-rotation with the shaft in the first direction of rotation and having freewheeling capability on the shaft in the second direction of rotation, and a second axial fan mounted on the shaft on the same side of the rotor as the first axial shaft for co-rotation with the shaft in the second direction of rotation and having freewheeling capability on the shaft in the first direction of rotation.

The invention relates to a squirrel-cage rotor for an asynchronous machine. In order to increase the electrical efficiency for a cage rotor composed of two materials, the cage rotor comprises a rotor core () having grooves (), end rings () of a first material that are cast onto the rotor core on the end face, and conductors () that are arranged in the grooves and that are made of a second material that has an electric conductivity that is higher than the electric conductivity of the first material, wherein the conductors () comprise a coating () made of a coating material on the surface of the conductors, wherein the coating adjoins the second material of the conductors () by means of a first alloy layer () made of the second material and the coating material and adjoins the cast first material by means of a second alloy layer (); made of the first material and the coating material.

Squirrel-cage rotor

In a method for winding an electrical machine, a winding auxiliary body is placed on at least one of the end faces of a base body such as to cover at least one of the slot end openings within a circumferential bridging area. Electrical conductors of a winding system are inserted in at least one of the slots whose slot end opening is on one side of the bridging area and passed through an uncovered slot end opening. Subsequently, the electrical conductors are deflected by the winding auxiliary body and guided to a further uncovered one of the slot end openings on another side of the bridging area. After placement of an end plate having an axially projecting separating element and plugging an axial attachment cutout of the winding auxiliary body onto the separating element, the winding auxiliary body is removed, thereby producing a winding element of the winding system.

An electrical machine includes a basic bed having a opposite axial end sides and slots, wherein the slots an the end sides have each a slot end opening. A winding system has electrical conductors which are accommodated in the slots wherein the electrical conductors extend out on one of the end sides of at least one of the slot end openings. The electrical conductors are hereby laid within a bridging region extending in a circumferential direction on the at least one end side and are inserted into at least one other one of the slot end openings. Arranged on the at least one end side in the bridging region is a first guide element for guiding the electrical conductors of a first subwinding of the windings stem. An end late is arranged on the at least one end side and has at least one axially protruding separating element with the first guide element having a base bearing a against the separating element.
