A bulk material separator having an at least substantially coaxial arrangement, includes an essentially rotationally symmetric, vertically oriented separator jacket (1) having in the upper section (11) an exit port (12) for air and light bulk material fractions and a narrowing section (15) followed by an expanding guide funnel (14), a downwardly oriented bulk material feed tube (2) extending into the top of the separator jacket (1) and ending in the region of the narrowing section (13), a displacement body (5) arranged coaxial with the bulk material feed tube (2) and arranged at least in the region of the guide funnel (14) and having an upwardly pointing conical tip (51), a container (6) having a separator air inlet port (61) and surrounding the guide funnel (14) and the displacement body (5). The bulk material feed tube (2) has a conically expanding mouth region (23), and the conical tip (51) of the displacement body (5) is immersed at least partially in this mouth region (23).

Bulk material separator

A blending silo of the type having a silo vessel defining a center axis and provided with a conical bottom ending in a vessel outlet, includes a funnel with its longitudinal axis coinciding with the center axis of the silo vessel and with its interior space being subdivided by a plurality of sheet segments in several compartments which are successively arranged in circumferential direction such that neighboring compartments have differently sized inlet cross sections and/or outlet cross sections to attain a superior homogenizing of bulk material.

A gravity circulation mixer for bulk goods including a mixing container in which the bulk goods are divided into two quantity flows. After having recombined the two individual quantity flows of bulk goods in a mixing bowl, it is conveyed via a vertical ascending pipe and a gravity pipe back into the mixing container. The gravity pipe is arranged at an angle with respect to the ascending pipe and extends downwardly into the mixing container. The connection between the ascending pipe and the gravity pipe is constituted by a baffle portion so that the upwardly conveyed bulk goods are deflected at the baffle portion and caused to fall into the mixing container.
