Highly conductive, printable ink for highly stretchable soft electronics

A process for the production of singly and/or multiply coated paper and/or board, except for photographic papers and self-adhesive labeling papers, which are particularly suitable for printing, packaging and inscription, is described. The substrate, for example base paper or board, is coated once or several times with a free-falling liquid curtain, the coating liquid having in particular an extensional viscosity of from 1 to 1000 Pa&#xb7;s at a Hencky strain of from 1 to 15.

Method for the production of single-and/or multiple-coated substrates

A composition comprising a carbodiimide and a polymer, wherein the carbodiimide comprises a reaction product of a) at least one of an aliphatic Cto Cpolyisocyanate and an araliphatic Cto Cpolyisocyanate, b) at least one of a hydroxy carboxylic acid and a hydroxy carboxylic salt, c) optionally, a further compound carrying groups able to react with isocyanate groups in an addition reaction, d) optionally, at least one other isocyanate, and the carbodiimide units being derived essentially exclusively from the isocyanate groups of component a), and the polymer comprises a reaction product of an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid and at least one of a (meth)acrylate, a vinyl ester of a carboxylic acid, a vinyl aromatic compound, an ethylenically unsaturated nitrile, a vinyl halide, an aliphatic hydrocarbon, and a free-radically polymerizable monomer. Also, a method of applying the composition on and/or in a substrate.

Oligocarbodiimides for the formation of crosslinked latex films

In a proposed method for determining the immobilization of a colloidal coating dispersion which is applied to a porous substrate, the colloidal coating dispersion is applied to the porous substrate which forms a bounding surface of the measuring gap of a rheometer, and the change in the viscosity as a function of time is measured. The method is particularly suitable for measuring the immobilization of a paper coating slip on base paper.
