A screwed assembly consists of at least one pre-punched, upper and an unpunched, lower component, an intermediate layer arranged in between, and a plurality of self-drilling fastening screws which are introduced via a pre-punch hole in the upper component and screwed to the unpunched component with the interposition of the intermediate layer. In order to effectively prevent in a simple manner any still uncured intermediate layer material from flowing out of the upper component surface when the fastening screws are screwed in, the pre-punches in the upper component are designed as blind holes which are closed by a thin-walled web.

Screwed assembly

A support of an axle transmission in the rear region of a passenger vehicle on a rear axle carrier and on the floor panel structure of the vehicle body in a further connecting point with the interposition of elastic supports is provided. On the output side, the transmission is supported on the sole transverse member of the rear axle carrier, which includes two longitudinal members, and on the input side the transmission is fixed to the floor panel structure via a serial connection of two elastic supports with a mass body arranged therebetween. The transmission may be fixed to two connecting points on the floor panel structure, the connecting points lying next to each other substantially in the transverse direction. Two such serial connections of elastic supports may be provided with a common mass body with a weight ranging from 3 to 7 kilograms.

Support of an axle transmission in the rear region of a passenger vehicle

A bending and torsionally stiff Y-rear brace for a body structure includes a rear cross support, running across the longitudinal direction of the body structure, a support running along the longitudinal direction of the body structure, a connector bracket and two compression and tension brace between the connector bracket and the sill ends. Each brace is supported approximately in the middle thereof on the chassis. A suitable static and dynamic bending and torsional rigidity for vehicles without supporting boot floors is provided.
