The disclosure relates to an hydraulic accumulator, in particular a diaphragm accumulator, having an accumulator housing and a separating element disposed therein, which separates two media spaces from each other, wherein a weld seam is formed by a laser or electron beam welding process without any filler materials, in that at least a part of the wall parts delimiting the transition point are melted to form the weld seam, which closes off the transition point towards the surroundings, in a manner that is free of protrusions with respect to an outer circumferential surface of a connection element.

Hydraulic accumulator

A hydropneumatic piston-cylinder assembly, in particular for use as a suspension strut in vehicle suspension systems, includes a cylinder housing () and a piston () guided for axial movement in the cylinder chamber () of the cylinder housing. The cylinder chamber is filled with a hydraulic fluid. The piston has a piston rod () on one piston side (). The piston rod extends out of an end of the cylinder chamber () in a sealed manner. The hydraulic fluid, which is located in the cylinder chamber () on the side of the piston crown () facing away from the piston rod (), can be brought into operative connection with a pneumatic spring accumulator (). The pneumatic spring accumulator is a piston-type accumulator (), which is arranged in the cylinder housing ().

Hydropneumatic piston-cylinder assembly

An accumulator device () includes at least two accumulator elements () that are combined to form a structural unit () and that have independently from one another their own accumulator characteristic curves (), in particular as a result of different preload pressures. The respective accumulator characteristic curves () provide a combined total accumulator characteristic curve (). A fluid can be stored in the structural unit () and can be retrieved from it. A hydropneumatic suspension system () has such an accumulator device ().

Accumulator device and hydropneumatic suspension

A hydropneumatic pressure accumulator, in particular a pulsation damper, includes an accumulator housing () and a movable separating element (), which separates a pressurized working gas-containing gas working space () from a fluid chamber () in the accumulator housing (). A gas storage chamber () is provided, which contains an additional volume of the pressurized working gas, and is connected via a connecting path () having a throttle point to the gas working space.

Hydropneumatic pressure accumulator

A hydraulic accumulator includes an accumulator housing (), in which a bellows () having a selectable number of pleats () forms a mobile separation element between the gas side () and the fluid side (). A distancing device () is arranged inside the accumulator housing (), and is fluidically connected to the inside of the bellows () or abuts the bellows (), forming an additional medium chamber.

A hydropneumatic piston/cylinder arrangement, in particular for use as a spring element and/or shock absorber element, includes a cylinder () and a piston () axially movable in the cylinder chamber () of the cylinder. The cylinder chamber is filled with hydraulic fluid. The piston () is connected to a piston rod () extending outwardly in a sealed manner from one end of the cylinder (). The base of the piston remote from the piston rod () can be operatively connected to a pneumatic spring mechanism () to convey fluid. A piston accumulator () has an accumulator piston () directly adjoining the hydraulic fluid in the cylinder chamber provided as the spring mechanism.

Hydropneumatic piston/cylinder arrangement

A pressure store includes a housing () having a first sub-chamber () arranged between the housing () and a flexible separating diaphragm (), a second sub-chamber () arranged between the separating diaphragm () and a supporting body (), and a third sub-chamber () encompassed by the supporting body (). The first sub-chamber () can be filled with a first fluid. The second sub-chamber () and the third sub-chamber () are connected to one another in fluid-conducting fashion and can be filled with a second fluid. The first and the second sub-chambers () vary in respective sizes as a result of movements of the separating diaphragm () as a function of the respective filling state. The first fluid is a storage medium and the second fluid is working medium. The second sub-chamber () is increased in size during the extraction of storage medium from the pressure store and is reduced in size during the filling of the pressure store with storage medium.

Pressure store

A device for the pulsed release of an amount of fluid stored in a storage housing () has a locking device () formed by a piston-cylinder arrangement (). The arrangement has a cylinder housing () subdivided into a first working chamber () and a second working chamber () by a working piston (). An electrorheological or magnetorheological valve () in the form of a gap () or an opening is arranged between the working chambers () in the circumference () of the working piston () or in the working piston ().

Device for the pulsed release of an amount of fluid which can be stored in an accumulator housing

A device for the pulsed release of an amount () of fluid that is stored in a storage housing () includes a piston () biased by a first spring () and movable within the storage housing () to dispense the fluid by the spring bias, when triggered by an actuator () to release a lock holding the piston in place (). The lock () has individual catches () keeping the piston () in its pretensioned position and, when actuated by the actuator (), releases the piston ().

A hydraulic accumulator has a first housing shell () and a second housing shell (). The opening edges () of the shells overlap in relation to the longitudinal axis () of the hydraulic accumulator () such that they define a partial volume of the hydraulic accumulator (). The accumulator also has a separating element () separating inner working chambers () from each other within the accumulator housing () in a medium-tight manner. The housing is formed by the housing shells (). The opening edge () of the radially outer-lying housing shell () is positively coupled to the circumference of the radially inner-lying housing shell () by reshaping.

An attenuation device, particularly a pulsation attenuator, has a casing () defining a fluid chamber () through which a fluid may flow along a flow axis (), and has an attenuation element made of a resilient material located within the casing (). The attenuation element has at least two annular bodies () that are disposed in an at least partially overlapping manner, surrounding the flow axis () at least partially.

Attenuation device particularly pulsation attenuator

A pressurized container includes two plastic casings () and produces a leakproof container or storage arrangement which is economical to produce. A gap opening () between the casings () extends up to a point at which the casings () are positioned together in a coaxial manner. An external support ring () with a wedge-shaped tapering () extends to that point and is embodied as an individual piece or has at least two metal, ring-shaped individual segments ().

Pressurized container

A hydraulic accumulator, in particular a bladder accumulator, includes two at least partially adjacent plastic casings (). The first plastic casing () has a collar part () at least at one end thereof. To produce a leakproof accumulator arrangement economical to produce, a gap opening () between the casings () extends up to a point at which the casings () are positioned together in a coaxial manner, and a disk valve () is provided as a valve for controlling the supply and discharge of the medium in the opening ().

A piston-type accumulator includes a separating piston () axially displaced inside an accumulator housing () and separating two spaces from one another inside the accumulator housing (), particularly a gas side () from a liquid side () of the accumulator. Due to the fact that the separating piston () is predominantly or completely made of a plastic material, it can be provided with a very light weight reducing the overall installation weight of the piston-type accumulator.

Piston-type accumulator

A piston-type accumulator includes an accumulator housing provided in the form of a cylinder tube (). A separating piston () separates two working spaces () and () from one another in the housing and can be displaced in an axial direction within a piston stroke area () of the cylinder tube (). The cylindrical tube is closed at one axial end by a closure part (). The closure part is defined by deforming a deforming area () of the wall of the cylinder tube (). The deforming area adjoining the piston stroke area () is provided in the form of part that exists as a single piece with the housing. A stop body (), which limits the movement of the separating piston () before reaching the deforming area (), is provided inside the cylinder tube () at the location where the piston stroke area () transitions into the deforming area ().
