An exhaust gas valve device for an internal combustion engine includes an actuator, an actuator housing, a valve rod configured to be moved in a translational direction via the actuator, a control body arranged on the valve rod, a flow housing comprising laterally delimiting walls, a valve seat arranged in the flow housing, and a shielding element. The valve seat is configured to have the control body be lowered onto and lifted off of the valve seat. The shielding element comprises a base which comprises an opening configured to have the valve rod extend therethrough. The shielding element is configured to extend from the actuator housing into the flow housing, to have a pot shape, and to radially extend to the laterally delimiting walls of the flow housing.

Exhaust gas valve device for an internal combustion engine

An arrangement for attaching a control valve to a flow channel housing of an internal combustion engine which includes an insertion housing part which projects into the flow channel housing. The arrangement includes an actuator housing, an actuator arranged in the actuator housing, a housing plate which rests on the flow channel housing, screws, and a collar flange which radially surrounds the housing plate. The insertion housing part extends on a first side of the housing plate and the actuator housing extends on a second opposite side of the housing plate. The collar flange comprises a screw hole pattern arranged thereon and through-holes arranged therein. The screw hole pattern corresponds to a connecting bore pattern of the flow channel housing. The control valve is attached to the flow channel housing via the screws being inserted through the through-holes of the collar flange.

A drive arrangement for an aggregate of an internal combustion engine includes a drive element, a housing, and an intermediate element. The housing comprises a static receiving part comprising a stop, and a cover fastened on the static receiving part. The cover is configured to bear axially against the stop. The intermediate element is arranged, in a preloaded state, between the drive element and the housing, radially between the cover and the drive element, and, in an elastically deformed state, axially between the drive element and the cover.

A DC motor for driving components of a motor vehicle includes a housing radially surrounding a stator and a rotor. An end plate axially bond to the DC motor comprises a center which has a drive shaft project there-through, and two connection contacts projecting therefrom which supply a voltage to the DC motor. A printed circuit board has electronic components providing an interference-suppression arranged thereon. The printed circuit board comprises conductor paths, a central opening having the drive shaft projects there-through, and two plug-through openings having the two connection contacts project there-through. An earth connection device producing an earth connection of the printed circuit board is provided as a metal sheet arranged axially between the printed circuit board and the end plate. The metal sheet comprises a first contact element connected to the housing, and a second contact element connected to the conductor paths of the printed circuit board.

An exhaust gas valve device for an internal combustion engine includes, an actor, an actor housing, a valve housing connected to the actor housing, an exhaust gas inlet, an exhaust gas outlet, a valve comprising a movement transmission member and a control body, and a coolant channel comprising a coolant inlet port and a coolant outlet port. The valve is configured to control a flow cross-section between the exhaust gas inlet and the exhaust gas outlet. The coolant channel is arranged to extend in the actor housing and in the valve housing. The coolant inlet port and the coolant outlet port are arranged on the actor housing.

A motor vehicle exhaust gas recirculation valve arrangement for an exhaust gas recirculation system of an internal combustion engine includes an electric drive motor, an intermediate shaft, an eccentric shaft, and a valve drive. The electric drive motor comprises a motor shaft and a motor pinion. The intermediate shaft comprises an intermediate shaft pinion and an output gear. The output gear is configured to mesh with the motor pinion. The eccentric shaft comprises an eccentric and a drive gear. The drive gear is configured to mesh with the intermediate shaft pinion. A valve drive comprises a valve plate, a valve rod, and a link. The link is configured to have the eccentric engage therein. The intermediate shaft is arranged laterally beside the eccentric shaft so that the eccentric and the link lie beside the drive motor.
