A tooth-wound coil of a stator or of a stator segment of a dynamo-electric machine having two straight sections spaced apart from each other and running substantially parallel. Two 180° curves are located on the ends thereof, wherein the straight sections have an active part area, the axial extend of which is less than or equal to that of the straight section. The tooth-wound coil has a symmetrical extension plane running in the longitudinal direction. An insulation material is provided around the straight sections of the tooth-wound coil. The material effects groove isolation and/or phase isolation in the stator or stator segment.

A magnetically active unit of an electric machine with at least two poles includes a laminated core with slots, and at least one winding for each of the phases. The windings have an electric conductor which forms coil groups in the slots. The coils of the coil groups are formed with at least two sections of the electric conductors of at least one of the windings and are arranged so as to be electrically insulated from each other in the grooves. At least one first coil group of the coil groups of one of the windings has a first number of coils which deviates from a second number of coils of a second coil group of the coil groups of the same winding.

A stator segment of a stator of a dynamoelectric machine includes slotted laminations arranged axially one behind the other, such that substantially axially extending slots are formed. Coils are arranged in the slots, wherein one coil side or two coil sides of different coils are arranged in a slot. The laminations have at least one open slot on their outer boundary sides parallel to the slot. The coil sides are fixed in the open slots by an amagnetic fastener on the stator segment.

Stator segment

A rotary machine includes a rotor rotatable about a rotation axis and a stator mechanically divided into stator segments, each covering a respective section in relation to the rotation axis. Coils of one individual multi-phase rotary system are respectively arranged in the stator segments, each having terminals which connect phase lines of an individual multi-phase rotary system and are connected to the coils. A converter unit includes multiple subunits operated independently of one another, each forming an individual multi-phase rotary system. The number of phases of the subunits corresponds to the number of stator segments. The terminals of the stator segments are each connected to a subunit. The stator segments form groups of directly successive stator segments when viewed about the rotation axis. The terminals of the stator segments are connected to the same sub-unit within each group, but connected to different sub-units from group to group of stator segments.

Combination of an electric rotary machine with a converter unit and wind turbine

An active part of an electric machine includes a plurality of coils, each having a sub-conductor. The coils are formed by windings of the sub-conductors thereof. The windings of a coil each have a predetermined winding length. In addition, the active part has a carrier part, in the grooves of which, the coils are arranged. The coils have a winding head region which projects from an end surface of the carrier part. The coils are also arranged in the form of a tiered winding. At least one of the coils has a V-shaped cross-section in the winding head region, as a result of an arrangement of its sub-conductor.

Electric machine has a rotor movable relative to a stator divided into stator segments, each having first and second transition regions and a central region between the transition regions. The stator segment has a yoke extending over the central region and the first transition region. Central groove webs in the central regions and first transition webs in the first transition regions extend from the yoke towards the rotor. The first transition webs end below the central groove webs. The stator segment has in the second transition region a transverse web from which second transition webs extend towards the rotor. The second transition webs end level with the central groove webs. A spacing of the first transition webs from the rotor at least corresponds to a spacing of a lower edge of the transverse web. Transition regions of adjoining stator segments overlap one another and are disposed one above the other.

An active part of an electrical machine has a carrier, a plurality of coils which are arranged on the carrier and which each include a plurality of sub-conductors and a winding head area, in which the coils project out of the carrier in a curved shape, respectively and are connected to one another. At least one of the plurality of coils has a coil arc in the winding head area, and the center line of the coil runs in one plane in the coil arc. The sub-conductors of one coil run parallel to the plane in the coil arc of the coil and themselves in each case form sub-conductor arcs. The vertices of the sub-conductor arcs of the coil form a line of inclination which runs at an angle to the plane.

The rotor of an electrical motor should be designed simply and able to be efficiently cooled. To this end, the invention relates to an electrical motor having a rotor that has at least one radial cooling slot () and axially running cooling channels. The first cooling channels () run having their central axis at a different radial height opposite the axis of the rotor () than the second cooling channels (). A spacer () is arranged in the at least one radial cooling slot () by means of which a first cooling stream () can be conducted from one of the first cooling channels () into one of the second cooling channels (). A second partial package (T) in the flow direction can also be supplied with cool air in this way if it flows through the first partial package (T) in a cool region, such as near the shaft.

An electrical machine with a stator has a winding support, which has at least one radial cooling slot, and a rotor, which likewise has at least one radial cooling slot. The winding support of the stator has on its outer shell a number of axially running cooling ribs, along which an axially running first cooling flow can be directed. Furthermore, the rotor has axially running first cooling ducts, which open out into its at least one radial cooling slot, so that a second cooling flow can be directed in the axial direction along the axial cooling ribs of the stator through the axial first cooling ducts of the rotor, the at least one radial cooling slot of the rotor, the air gap between the rotor and the stator and the at least one radial cooling slot. In this way, the stator can be cooled by two different cooling flows.
