A packaging of compressed bales () includes packaging () surrounding the compressed bale. The compressed bale is formed from highly compressed, preferably short-cut, textile fibers and has mutually opposite pressing sides (), which are acted upon by a pressing device () in a pressing direction (), and circumferential sides (), which are arranged between the pressing sides. The packaging has multipart film packaging () resting on the bale body () and first strapping () with a plurality of parallel endless bands () that are laid over the pressing sides of the compressed bale. An additional strapping () having a plurality of endless strapping bands () are applied to the compressed bale. The strapping bands are laid peripherally only over the circumferential sides and are arranged externally on the film packaging and on the bands. The strapping bands cross the bands, forming cross strapping ().

Compressed bale, packaging device and production device for compressed bales

A method and a baling system includes at least one baler () for producing highly compressed bales () made of artificial fibers. The baler () includes a securing device for applying a securing device (), in particular strapping, to the compressed bales (). A packaging device () applies a bale casing () that is closed on all sides to the secured compressed bales (). The packaging device () includes a production and application device () for producing a sleeve-type casing () and for the application thereof to the compressed bales (), as well as a sealing device () for closing and sealing axial ends () of the sleeve-type casing () on the uncovered sides of the bales.

Packaging device and packaging process

A controllable packaging device () and a method relate to packaging compressed bales () on a baling press () with a bale-fixing element () and a multi-component bale envelope () including an upper part (), a lower part () and optionally a sheath-type side part (). The packaging device includes a fixing device () applying the bale-fixing element (), a supply device () supplying the upper part and the lower part and optionally an envelope device () applying the side part to the compressed bales. The fixing device and optionally the envelope device are arranged on a transport apparatus () that travels along the compressed bale in an advancing direction (). The supply device is arranged on the transport apparatus and supplies the upper part and the lower part with a supply movement oriented transversely to the advancing direction, from the outside into the baling press.

A filling device () and a filling method for fibrous material () on a bale press (). The filling device () is arranged between a fiber supply () and a pressing device () of the bale press and comprises a collecting chamber () for the fibrous material () with a supply opening () as well as a discharge opening () with a controllable closure (). A driven slide () of an integrated precompression device () is movable in a reversing manner between the openings (), which precompresses the collected fibrous material in one or more stages in the collection chamber () before collected fibrous material is transferred to the pressing device.

Filling device and filling method

A packaging apparatus for compressed pressed bales () is designed to apply a bale packaging () to the pressed bale () and has a transporting device (), which is designed to remove a compressed pressed bale () from a press ('). The transporting device () has a movable bale receptacle () for picking up the compressed pressed bale () on two opposite sides, wherein the bale receptacle has several elongated support elements () arranged at a distance from one another on each of the areas intended to retain the pressed bale.

Transporting device for pressed bales

A packaging device is provided for highly-compacted compressed bales (), which are provided with a fixation (). The packaging device () has a sheathing device () for applying a shrink wrapping, which has at least one prepared and diverted stretching hood (), to the compressed bales (). A bale compression facility is also provided having at least one bale press () for generating highly compacted compressed bales (), which are provided with a fixation (), and having at least one packaging device () according to the invention. A process is provided for packaging highly-compacted compressed bales (), which are provided with a fixation (), wherein said compressed bale () is provided with a shrink wrapping, wherein at least one prepared and diverted stretching hood () is applied to said compressed bale () using a sheathing device ().
