A hydraulic camshaft adjustment device () of the vane type, with a stator () and a rotor () arranged concentrically and rotatably inside the stator is provided. A locking device () for preventing a rotation between the rotor () and the stator () is arranged between these two components () such that a locking element () of the locking device () creates an interlocking fit that blocks the rotation, the locking element () being designed in the nature of a plate.

Hydraulic camshaft adjusting device with spherical section-like lock

A controlled axial biasing unit () is provided which substantially includes a first ramp disk () and a second ramp disk (), each of which disks is configured with a plurality of ramp contours (). An annular cage () that carries a plurality of rolling elements () is inserted between the first ramp disk () and the second ramp disk (). At least the first ramp disk (), the second ramp disk () and the cage () are made by a shaping method without chip removal. Each of the first ramp disk () and the second ramp disk () is configured with a continuous wall (). Likewise through this shaping method, the first ramp disk () and the second ramp disk () have on an outer periphery (U) an integrally formed safety stop device () for respective end positions.

Controlled axial biasing unit

A rolling bearing that has at least one first row of rolling elements and one second row of rolling elements as well as a common bearing ring for both rows.

Rolling bearing

A dual clutch which has two friction clutches, a central pressure-exerting plate and two pressure plates which are axially movable relative to the pressure-exerting plate with the interposition of the friction linings of two clutch disks, which each mesh with one gearbox input shaft, of actuating devices. The dual clutch is held at the drive-input side, with the dual clutch being supported at the gearbox side by an actuating system, which holds the two actuating devices, for actuating the pressure plates, and with the actuating system being rotatably held on the clutch housing.

Dual clutch

A dual clutch which has two friction clutches, which have a central pressure-exerting plate and two pressure plates which are axially movable relative to the pressure-exerting plate with the interposition of the friction linings of two clutch disks, which each mesh with a gearbox input shaft of actuating devices. The pressure plates are acted on by transmission elements by the actuating devices directly without a lever action. Furthermore, for the cooling and lubrication of the actuating bearings between the actuating devices and the transmission elements, an annular chamber can be formed which has an increased fluid volume.

A drive unit for motor vehicles which has at least one electrical motor and at least one transmission assembly. The electrical motor and the transmission assembly are operatively connected to one another by at least one shaft and the shaft is rotatably mounted by at least one first rolling bearing which sits in a rotary union for the shaft in the transmission assembly.

A mechanical roller tappet (,) comprising a tappet housing (,) shaped out of sheet metal, a drive roller () actuable by a cam () and an axle (,) on which the drive roller () is mounted, end portions () of the axle (,) being supported in axle eyes () of the tappet housing (,), said tappet housing (,) comprising a tappet skirt (,) and a tappet bottom () possessing a contact surface () for an adjacent engine component on a power take-off side and at an end of the tappet skirt facing the cam, the tappet bottom is connected to the tappet skirt and is shaped into the interior of the tappet skirt while forming a pocket for receiving the drive roller, the axle eyes being arranged in first sections () of the tappet bottom while being spaced from an inner peripheral surface () of the tappet skirt and extend substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tappet skirt, the contact surface being arranged on a second section () of the tappet bottom connecting the first sections to each other.

Mechanical roller tappet for an internal combustion engine

A mechanical tappet () is provided, in particular for actuating the lifting of a pump piston () of a fuel pump of an internal combustion engine, with a sleeve-shaped tappet housing () constructed as a shaped sheet-metal part and with a driving roller () supported so that it can rotate. Here, a bolt () supports the driving roller so that it is centered, and end sections () of the bolt projecting from the driving roller are supported in bolt eyes () of the tappet housing.

Mechanical tappet in particular for a fuel pump of an internal combustion engine

A combined radial and axial bearing is defined by the fact that the bearing ring () of the radial bearing is held at an axial end by a mounting bore in the runner plate () of the axial bearing, and the positively locking engagement is brought about by means of a ring () which is arranged between the bearing ring () and runner plate and is configured in such a way that the bearing ring () and runner plates () are prevented from rotating with respect to one another in the circumferential direction but limited axial displacement is possible.

Combined radial and axial bearing

A planet carrier () for a gearbox is provided, especially for an automatic transmission or a power-shift gearbox. The planet carrier () includes at least one planet gear () that is in constant contact with a sun gear and an internal geared wheel. The planet carrier () is formed from two parts and includes a single piece flange part () and a single piece cup body () formed in a step-type manner. The two components are rotationally symmetrical or approximately rotationally symmetrical, and are arranged with one at least partially inside the other. The internal diameter of the external part is adapted to the internal diameter of the internal part in an overlapping area. The two components are connected together at contact points. The components are positioned in a precise manner in relation to each other in the axial, radial and peripheral directions based on the construction. The individual components can be produced in a simple and economical manner through deep drawing.

Planet carrier for a gearbox

A planet carrier () for a gearbox, especially an automatic or power shift gearbox, is provided, including at least one planet gear () which is connected to a sun gear and a rotor wheel. The planet carrier is embodied in two parts and is made in two bodies () which are formed with a step-like shape and which are arranged one within the other. The internal diameter of the axially extending segments of the external body () is adapted to the external diameters of the internal body (). The bodies are positioned in a precise manner in relation to each other during construction. The individual components can be produced in a simple manner by shaping the sheet steel in a non-cutting manner.

A connecting rod of a crank mechanism is made as a single sheet metal part by shaping without chip removal out of sheet metal. The connecting rod comprises a base sheet () that is provided with an upper connecting rod eye () and a lower connecting rod eye (). Each of the connecting rod_eyes () has an integral cylindrical stamping (). The connecting rod further comprises a stiffening collar () that is integrally formed out of the base sheet () and is configured without interruption on the periphery of the base sheet ().

Connecting rod of a crank mechanism

A radial rolling bearing with an outer race ring having at least one radial flange which engages in a peripheral groove of a cage in which rolling elements arranged in pockets are lodged, characterized in that the radial flange delimits an opening through which the cage, radially offset with regard to the bearing axis, can be inserted axially into the race ring by parallel displacement.
