In order to facilitate the assembly of a plug connector insert with a contact carrier device, a contact carrier, a retaining plate and one or more actuators, an assembly latch for the pre-assembly of the actuators to the retaining plate is provided.

Plug connector insert and method for the assembly thereof

A modular high-current connector () has a first housing part () and a second housing part () connected thereto. The second housing part () has an open housing wall (). The open housing wall () can be added to by an unlimited number of additional housing parts.

A circuit board has an upper face and a lower face. The circuit board comprises at least two circuits, with each of the at least two circuits comprising at least one conductor track and at least one current carrying electronic component. The circuit board has at least one through-hole which is provided with at least one insulating unit. The at least one insulating unit is arranged in the at least one through-hole and so is mechanically connected to the circuit board and thus is positioned between a first circuit and at least one second circuit of the circuit board.

Plug connections and in particular plug connections for use in an industrial environment are presented. An attachment housing arrangement has an attachment housing for accommodating a hood of a plug connector with plug contacts and a mechanical locking arrangement for mechanically locking the hood on the attachment housing. Also presented is a method for unlocking a mechanical locking of a hood of a plug connector with plug contacts on an attachment housing of an attachment housing arrangement. The attachment housing arrangement is provided with a fixing arrangement for fixing the mechanical locking arrangement at least in a locking state, and with a control unit for controlling the fixing arrangement, the control unit being configured to control the fixing arrangement so as to release a fixing of the locking arrangement only when the plug contacts are free of current and free of voltage within predefined tolerances.

Attachment housing arrangement and method for unlocking

An electrical connector housing is provided with at least one locking clip, which is mounted pivotably via a bearing pin and has a locking region and an actuation region. In order to reversibly lock the electrical connector housing to a mating electrical connector housing, the locking region engages overbearing journals integrally moulded on the mating electrical connector housing. The locking clip has a locking device or means for blocking the pivot movement of the locking clip. In this manner, an accidental release of the plug-in connection can be prevented.

Disclosed a device for the load-free disconnection of a plug-in connection, which has an electrical disconnecting device and a locking clip. The locking clip can be pivoted both into a position locking the plug-in connection and into a position unlocking the plug-in connection. The device also has a sensor system, which interacts with the locking clip in its locking position to detect the locked state, in order to control the electrical disconnecting device.

Device and method for the load-free disconnection of a plug-in connection

A plug-in connector with a plug side and a connector side is provided, the plug-in connector comprising a housing, a frame, and at least one contact insert. The contact insert comprises sensors and a circuit board with electronics. According to prior art, the risk of overheating of the electronics, occurring inside the plug-in connector as a result of power dissipation, is a reason for the failure of plug-in connectors known to date. Embodiments described herein ensure heat dissipation via a cooling element so that overheating is prevented.

Plug-in connector

An insulating body or a module for a modular industrial plug-in connector is provided. At least two electrical contact elements are arranged in the module, each of which is assigned a Hall sensor for current measurement. The Hall sensors are electromagnetically shielded from one another within the module by shielding arms.

Current measurement in the insulating body

A system comprises a first plug connector module and a second plug connector module. The plug connector modules each have at least two contact elements. The first plug connector module has at least one spring link. In the unplugged state, the at least one spring link connects the at least two contact elements of the first plug connector module electrically conductively to each other. A method for plugging a first plug connector module with a second plug connector module is based on the first and the second plug connector modules being guided toward each other in the plug-in direction. A sliding element of the second plug connector module presses against at least one spring link of the first plug connector module and, as a result, the at least one spring link is brought out of touching contact with at least two associated socket contacts.

A contact carrier can be inserted into the contact carrier and removed again by a slight elastic deformation of a holding element, a detent engagement action of a detent of the holding element with a further detent of a main body of the contact carrier can be released. A particularly simple mounting and dismounting of a contact element in the contact carrier is realized. The contact carrier is constructed such that the holding element and the contact element can be inserted into the main body from an attachment side which is situated opposite a plug-in side.
