The disclosure specifies a circuit arrangement having electronic first components arranged on a circuit board and lying at high-voltage potential. The circuit arrangement includes functionless, electronic second components lying at high-voltage potential, which are arranged on the circuit board adjacent to the electronic first components, and configured to reduce the maximum electrical field strength between the first components and a reference potential and/or between pads of the circuit board and the reference potential. Through the additional, functionless components, the maximum electrical field strength between electronic components at high voltage and at a reference potential will be reduced. The disclosure also specifies a high voltage generation unit and an x-ray generator.

A mammography unit having a mounting arm, on which a mounting for at least two X-ray receivers is rotatably disposed in such a way that one X-ray receiver at a time is positioned in an examination position inside an intended X-radiation field, while other X-ray receivers each remain in a reserve position outside the X-radiation field, is provided. The at least one reserve position is disposed on a side located in the X-radiation direction, relative to the mounting arm. In the case of two X-ray receivers, the X-ray receivers each form a lateral angle of between 45&#xb0; and 90&#xb0; with the axis of rotation of the mounting. By using a releasable connection of the mounting to the mammography unit, high modularity is provided.

A lifting drive for a radiation filter in a mammography device is provided. The lifting drive includes a recording apparatus that accommodates the radiation filter. The recording apparatus is embodied so that the radiation filter is operatively supported to allow movement for executing a lifting movement in at least one lifting direction. A first drive element is operable to create a drive movement. A first movement transmission element is operable to transmit the drive movement to the recording apparatus. The recording apparatus is operable to convert the drive movement into the lifting movement. A shape of the first movement transmission element is operable to be changed, so that the drive movement is able to be transmitted over different paths.
