An examination and/or treatment device includes a multi-axis robot having an articulated arm that can be moved in space as well as leads received in a flexible cladding tube and guided to one or more examination or treatment devices arranged on the articulated arm or a support arranged thereon. In an embodiment, on the articulated arm is provided a carriage arrangement including a carriage, having at least one deflection roller and that can be linearly displaced against at least one restoring element that builds up a restoring force. The cladding tube or a guide tube surrounding the cladding tube is guided around the deflection roller.

Examination and/or treatment device comprising a multi-axis robot

A medical examination and/or treatment apparatus includes a robot with a multiaxially movable arm, a C-arm mounted on the multiaxially movable arm, a cable strand for supplying the C-arm, and a device for guiding the cable strand in a movement of the C-arm. The present embodiments relate to a wheeled C-arm support device for a mobile C-arm X-ray machine and an associated method for swiveling the C-arm support device. The C-arm support device includes two steerable front wheels, two freely movable rear wheels and a steering unit that may steer the two steerable front wheels simultaneously inward by the same angle. A line of intersection of surfaces formed by outer sides of the two steerable front wheels form an imaginary swivel axis of the C-arm support device.

An X-ray device including a C-arm movably guided on a mount is provided. A radiation source and a radiation detector are arranged on the C-arm. The radiation source and the radiation detector are connected to the C-arm by cables fed in from outside, the cables being arranged on a cable clamp that may be moved at least in segments along the C-arm.

A movement system for a C-arm. The movement system comprises at least one first guide element arranged in a plane, a movement device arranged to allow movement along the first guide element as well as a first motion link rotatable around a first axis of rotation standing at right angles to the plane. The movement device is connected rotatably to the first motion link to a second axis of rotation standing at right angles to the plane such that a movement of the movement device along the first guide element causes the second axis of rotation to be moved on a circular track around the first axis of rotation. The advantage of this is that the arm is prevented from jamming as a result of leverages during movement of a C-arm.

Movement system for an x-ray C-arm

A displacement system for a C-arm arranged on a trolley is provided. The displacement system includes at least a first and at least a second guiding element arranged in a plane or parallel thereto. The first and second guiding element are arranged at right angles to one another and a displacement device arranged in a displaceable fashion along the first and second guiding element, with the displacement device being coupled to the guiding elements such that by rotating the displacement device about a drive axis, the displacement device is moved along the first and second guiding element. As a result, the displacement system prevents jamming as a result of leverage forces during displacement of the C-arm.

A retaining apparatus having a fastening element for fastening to a device, a first retaining element which is arranged on the fastening element in such a manner that it can be pivoted about a first axis, and a second retaining element which is arranged in such a manner that it can be pivoted about a second axis that is oriented perpendicular to the first axis and is designed to retain a flexible connecting element such that it can be moved forwards and backwards ensures a definable profile of the connecting element with little mechanical loading. A medical device, in particular in the form of a C-arc X-ray device, is provided with this retaining apparatus in a particularly advantageous manner.

The present embodiments relate to a displacement apparatus for a C-arm arranged on a trolley. The displacement apparatus includes at least a first and at least a second guide element arranged in a plane, whereby the first and second guide elements are arranged at right angles to one another, a first displacement device which can be moved along the first guide element, and a second displacement device, which can be moved along the second guide element. A linking device connects the first and second displacement device in such a way that any movement of the first displacement device will result in the second displacement device being moved along the second guide element. This avoids the possibility of any jamming which may arise as a consequence of the leverage forces generated when a C-arm is moved.
