The present invention relates in general to working machines with working units which are subject to fluctuating loads or have a fluctuating power consumption. The invention relates in particular to a drive train assembly for driving such a working unit, the drive train assembly having a flywheel accumulator for mitigating the load impacts or load fluctuations. According to the invention, a starting aid for easier starting up of the flywheel accumulator into its desired operating speed range is provided, the starting aid having a planetary transmission, which is connected in terms of drive to the flywheel accumulator, and a control actuator for braking and/or accelerating a planetary transmission element in order to adjust the step-up/step-down ratio of the planetary transmission when starting up the flywheel accumulator. Furthermore, for refined smoothing of the power consumption in the started-up working mode, a control device is provided which accelerates and can brake the flywheel accumulator cyclically by adjusting the planetary transmission in accordance with the operating fluctuations of the working unit.

The invention relates to a construction- and/or material-handling machine such as a crane, excavator or tracked vehicle, comprising an internal combustion engine that drives one or more energy-consuming devices such as a pump, winch, actuator for a structure or working-unit drives of the construction- and/or material-handling machine via a mechanical drive train. According to the invention, an electric drive for driving the mechanical drive train is provided and can be engaged by means of a clutch and decoupled from the mechanical drive train.

The present invention relates to a cable winch, in particular a hoisting gear winch of a hoist, comprising a cable drum, an entry guide for a cable to be wound onto the cable drum, and an actuating drive for adjusting the entry guide relative to the cable drum. The invention also relates to a hoisting device, in particular in the form of a crane, having such a cable winch. According to the invention, a detection unit for detecting an image of the progression of the winding of the cable wound onto the cable drum is provided and the control unit is designed to adjust the entry guide relative to the cable drum depending on the winding progression image captured.

The present invention relates to a drive for reaching a desired position of a component such as of a rotor blade, a crane tower, a superstructure and the like, having at least two drive elements that are in toothed engagement with one another and of which at least one is drivable from a drive source and the other is connectable to the component, and having a lubricating device for lubricating the drive elements, wherein at least one lubricant passage for the supply of lubricant to a meshing tooth pair is led through one of the drive elements. The invention relates to a free fall winch comprising a drum, which can be rotationally driven by a winch drive, wherein a free fall brake is provided for braking the drum in free fall operation. According to the invention, a torque acting on the free fall winch, which depends on the free fall braking torque, is detected by means of a detection device, and a brake actuation force with which the free fall brake is actuated is controlled or adjusted by a control device according to the detected torque.

The present invention relates to a free-fall winch comprising a drum which can be rotatorily driven by a winch drive via a transmission and can be retained by a holding brake, wherein in addition to the holding brake a free-fall brake is provided for slowing down the drum in free-fall operation. According to the invention, the free-fall brake is arranged between winch drive and holding brake on the one hand and drum on the other hand such that when the free-fall brake is open, the drum is decoupled from the winch drive and from the holding brake and can be rotated at idle with respect to the winch drive and the holding brake.

A hoist drum for a fiber rope drive for high-strength fiber ropes such as crane hoists, boom adjustment or trolley traveling gear, and the like, comprising a drum body for winding up the fiber rope, guard plates encompassing the drum body, and a rope end fastening apparatus for fastening a rope end to the hoist drum. The rope end fastening apparatus of the hoist drum comprises two strand guiding passages that are disposed next to one another and that lead to a rope deflection element at which the rope end can be turned around and back so that one respective rope strand comes to lie in the two strand guiding passages; and furthermore comprises a clamping apparatus associated with the strand guiding passages for clamping at least the rope strand that is turned back around the rope deflection element in the strand guiding passage associated with the rope strand.

The present invention relates to a hydraulic unit with a housing in which a hydraulic converter is accommodated, which is coupled with a drive shaft that includes a connecting shaft piece located outside the housing for connection to a mechanical drive element The invention furthermore relates to a hydraulic driving device with such hydraulic unit and to a drive train connecting piece to which the hydraulic unit is connected. It is proposed to integrate a clutch for connecting and disconnecting the hydraulic unit into the hydraulic unit itself, so that a mechanical drive train, to which the hydraulic unit is connected, can remain unchanged or need not especially be adapted to the clutch.
