The invention relates to an arrangement for a spatially resolved and wavelength-resolved detection of light radiation emitted from at least one OLED or LED. A multilayer system is arranged between an electrode, an OLED or an LED, and a substrate and is formed using layers formed alternately above one another from a material having higher and lower optical refractive indices n. In this respect, light radiation from the at least one OLED or LED and having a plurality of different wavelengths &#x3bb;, . . . &#x3bb;n thus exits the multilayer system. Light radiation that exits at different wavelengths &#x3bb;, . . . &#x3bb;n at different angles is incident onto at least one detector array after at least a simple refraction at an optical element or after reflection at a layer or at a layer system of a sensor such that light radiation at a wavelength &#x3bb;, . . . or &#x3bb;n is incident onto a respective detector element of the detector array. The detector elements of the detector array are arranged discretely from one another.

The plasmon resonance sensor () comprises a chip () of transparent plastic with a gold layer () made up of narrow part surfaces (), arranged in a row, on the inner side of which light from a planar light source () is convergently guided. A Fourier lens () integrated in the chip () forms the reflected angular spectrum on the detector (), arranged at a focal separation (F) from the integrated Fourier lens () for temporal determination of the incident angle with a resonant intensity minimum of reflected light. Plasmon resonance sensor

The invention relates to an arrangement for the detection of biochemical or chemical substances using fluorescent light excitation, and to a process for its production, which can be used in a variety of fields, for example in biotechnology, in molecular medicine, in pharmaceuticals development and for the analysis or various chemical substances. A relatively simple structure is intended to provide the invention with the possibility of being able to carry out the detection of a large number of samples in a very short time with a high degree of accuracy. To that end, a laminar substrate is formed with a locally defined structure in order to detect different samples. Advantageously, on the detector side, a lens array designed according to the structuring can be used to project the fluorescent light from the different samples on to a detector array. It is, however, also possible to place a detector array matched to the structuring of the substrate on the substrate, or arrange it there.

Device for detecting biochemical or chemical substances by fluorescence excitation

The invention relates to a surface plasmon resonance sensor for the simultaneous measurement of a plurality of samples present in fluid form. The aim of the invention is to provide such a sensor which can be arranged into a defined array and where the surface plasmon resonance sensors can be produced using technology which is simpler and more economical than those produced according to the prior art.
