A freewheel arrangement having a freewheel, which comprises an inner ring, an outer ring rotatable in a first direction of rotation relative to the inner ring, and clamping elements between the inner ring and the outer ring, which prevent a rotation of the outer ring relative to the inner ring in a second direction of rotation. The outer ring and the inner ring and the clamping elements may be formed as a stamped sheet metal part.

Freewheel arrangement

A method for producing a pattern of depressions in the friction surface of a friction component for a frictionally operating device, preferably a multiplate clutch or multiplate brake. After the preparation of the friction component, the pattern of depressions is produced by nontraditional material removal, removal of material preferably being accomplished in a contactless manner, particularly preferably with the aid of a laser beam.

A torsional-vibration damper rotatably supported for translating torque between a prime mover and the input of a transmission that includes a primary element operatively connected for rotation with the power take off of a prime mover and a secondary element operatively connected for rotation with the input to a transmission. A spring mechanism is operatively disposed between the primary element and the secondary element that is adapted to operatively couple the primary element to the secondary element in a damped torque translational relationship. The torsional-vibration damper also includes a friction device having a plurality of friction blocks that are each operatively supported between the primary element and the secondary element such that the friction blocks provide frictional contact between the primary element and the secondary element.

Torsional-vibration damper

A torsional-vibration damper includes a primary element operatively connected for rotation with a prime mover and a secondary element operatively connected with the input to a transmission. A spring mechanism is operatively disposed between and adapted to control the primary element and the secondary element in damped torque translational relationship. The torsional-vibration damper also includes a friction device having a plurality of fiction blocks that frictionally join the primary element with the secondary element. The secondary element includes an output-side member having a first axial ridge and a drive-side member having a second axial ridge. The output-side member and the drive-side member operatively encompass the primary element and the first axial ridge overlaps the second axial ridge. The first and the second axial ridges thereby cooperate to provide a double layer of radial support for the spring mechanism.

A disk assembly having a circular friction lining mounted on one or both sides of a support member. An oil channel extends from the outer edge of the friction lining to the inner edge. The oil channel includes an enlarged middle oil reservoir section extending completely through the friction lining. An inlet section and an outlet section of the oil channel are in communication with the reservoir section and are narrow grooves which are embossed in the friction lining during bonding of the friction lining.
