A normally closed solenoid valve includes a valve sleeve, a pole core fixedly positioned in the sleeve, an axially displaceable armature, a spring, a closing element, a valve seat, and an elastic component. The spring acts between the pole core and the armature in order to push the closing element into the valve seat. The closing element interacts with the armature. A prestressing force of the spring causes a deformation of the elastic component, which is positioned between the armature and the pole core, such that an impact of the armature on the pole core is damped via a regression of the deformation of the elastic component.

Normally closed solenoid valve

A valve armature assembly of a solenoid valve includes a body, a closing element, and an elastic damping element. The body includes a depression located at an end of the body. The closing element is received in the depression and includes a closing member configured to interact with a valve seat of the valve. The elastic element is positioned in the depression between the closing element and the body and is configured to damp a pulse resulting from the closing member striking the valve seat.

An internal gear pump for a slip-controlled hydraulic vehicle braking system includes a pump shaft that is mounted rotatably on one side of a pinion and a ring gear that is mounted rotatably in an axial disk. The axial disk seals off the pinion and the ring gear at the sides.

The disclosure relates to an internal gear pump as a hydraulic pump for a slip-controlled vehicle brake system. The disclosure proposes to configure the internal gear pump as a preassembled module with a cartridge as housing, which can be pressed into a receptacle of a hydraulic block of the vehicle brake system. The cartridge has two steps which are parallel to one another for attaching a press-in ram and for orienting the cartridge in an angularly correct manner by means of the press-in ram, and a sealing surface, with which the cartridge bears in a sealed manner in the receptacle of the hydraulic block when the cartridge is pressed into the receptacle.

The internal gear pump includes a cartridge configured as a casing, which is configured to be inserted in a receptacle in a hydraulic block of a vehicle braking system.

An electromagnetically actuated valve includes at least one sleeve, a magnet core arranged in a fixed manner in the at least one sleeve, a magnet armature configured to actuate a valve element and arranged so as to be axially movable, and an elastically deformable flat spring element held in a clampable manner between a core end face of the magnet core facing the magnet armature and an armature end face of the magnet armature facing the magnet core. The spring element is configured to form at least one contact point with the armature end face and the core end face. Electromagnetically actuated valve

An eccentric bearing for an electrohydraulic piston-pump assembly of a vehicle brake system includes a shaft configured to be driven rotationally about its axis, a bearing ring eccentric relative to the shaft, and, in a gap between the bearing ring and shaft, rolling bodies with different diameters according to a differing width of the gap. When the shaft is rotationally driven, an eccentricity of the bearing ring circulates the shaft more slowly than the rotational speed of the shaft and drives a reciprocating movement of pump pistons which bear against the bearing ring. To ensure that the rolling bodies roll on and circulate the shaft, a radial elasticity loads the rolling bodies with prestress against the shaft and bearing ring. The prestress is caused by an undersize of the bearing ring or by an elastic ring on the shaft, on at least one rolling body or in the bearing ring.

An internal gear pump for a hydraulic vehicle brake system comprises a pump shaft, a pinion positioned on the pump shaft, an annulus configured to mesh with the pinion, a shaft bearing positioned on one side of the pinion, and an axial disk. The pinion is configured to conjointly rotate with the pump shaft. The pump shaft is rotatable mounted in the shaft bearing. The axial disk is positioned between the shaft bearing on one end side, and the pinion and the annulus on an opposite end side, and bears sealingly against the pinion and the annulus. The shaft bearing is configured to center the axial disk.

The disclosure relates to an internal gear pump for a slip-controlled hydraulic vehicle brake system. According to the disclosure a separating piece of the internal gear pump is formed having an inner part and an outer part, which engages around the end of the inner part with allowance for tolerance. In this way, the inner part and the outer part are movably connected to one another in a radial direction, and can be installed in the internal gear pump as a pre-mounted assembly.

An internal gear pump for a slip-controlled hydraulic vehicle braking system has a pinion, an internal gear and a separating piece which is arranged between the pinion and the internal gear. The internal gear pump also has an inner part and an outer part, and separates a suction chamber from a pressure chamber. The separating piece is configured to protrude counter to a rotational direction of the internal gear pump beyond a sealing point of the inner part on the outer part such that the inner part and the outer part bear in front of the sealing point against at least one tooth tip of a tooth of the pinion and of the internal gear of the internal gear pump. As a result, tilting of the inner part and of the outer part away from the pinion and from the internal gear about the sealing point is avoided.

An electromagnetically actuated valve includes at least one sleeve and a magnet armature. A magnetic core is arranged in a stationary manner in the at least one sleeve. The magnet armature is configured to actuate a valve element and is axially movable. An elastically deformable spring element is clamped and retained between a core end face of the magnetic core facing the magnet armature and an armature end face of the magnet armature facing the magnetic core. The spring element forms at least one contact point in conjunction with the armature end face and the core end face. The contour of the spring element, the armature end face and/or the core end face are formed in the radial extent such that a radial position of the at least one contact point changes as a function of a distance of the armature end face from the core end face.

An internal gear pump includes a pinion and an annulus as a return pump in a hydraulic vehicle brake system. The internal gear pump further includes an axial disk and an intermediate piece. The intermediate piece is configured to be acted upon by an outlet pressure of the internal gear pump and press the axial disk against a side face of the pinion and of the annulus.
