A self-adaptive heavy-duty gear transmission walking device includes a guide track. A carrying seat is slidably installed on the guide track. A loading platform is arranged on the carrying seat, and matching frames are arranged at the bottom of the carrying seat and positioned opposite from each other. A first driving mechanism, a walking mechanism, a first support bracket, a stop mechanism, and a second support bracket are arranged on the carrying seat. A vertical support mechanism and a horizontal support mechanism are arranged in the matching frame. The first driving mechanism is connected to one end of the walking mechanism. The walking mechanism penetrates through the carrying seat and is magnetically connected to the guide track. The other end of the walking mechanism is connected to a first transmission shaft. The first transmission shaft penetrates through the first support bracket and is fixedly installed with a brake disc.

The steel wire bundle consists of parallel steel wires and a central pipe, wherein multiple strands of parallel steel wires are arranged around the central pipe, the central pipe is provided with a slurry output bracket which divides the parallel steel wires into a front part and a rear part, the front part is provided with large stirring jackets, and the rear part is provided with a threaded casing on its tail end. After the coal is cut by a tunneling machine and a roadway is formed, the steel wire bundle is anchored at the ends, and the roadway tunneling speed is increased; central grouting is carried out for the steel wire bundle so as to anchor the steel wire bundle in full length and ensure long-time stability of the roadway.

A monitoring station is deployed utilizing an anchor rope, a supporting frame and a rotary laser measuring device are connected via a threaded sleeve at the tail end of the anchor rope, the rotary laser measuring device can rotate and drive a laser range finder to rotate, the data of a plurality of cross sections can be measured at the same time with one monitoring station, the data is processed by computer programming, so that the measurement data is converted into coordinates in a three-dimensional coordinate system, and thereby full-roadway full-process full-cross-section digital imaging is realized. The monitoring method attains high measuring accuracy, involves very low artificial error, supports intuitive observation of dynamic roadway deformation condition, can provide accurate warning for roof pressure condition, and provides a technical guarantee for safety of the downhole workers.
