A battery pack includes: battery cells, each including first and second end portions that are opposite each other in a length direction; a case having an accommodation space in which the battery cells and a fluid to cool the battery cells are configured to be accommodated, the case including first and second covers respectively covering the first and second end portions; first and second tab plates respectively on the first and second covers and connected to the first and second end portions; a circuit board on the first tab plate; and a first lead and a second lead through which the first and second tab plates are connected to the circuit board, the first and second leads connected to a first side portion of the circuit board. An arrangement of the leads connected to electrodes of the battery cells is improved, and heat is efficiently dissipated from a switch device.

Battery pack

A battery pack includes a plurality of battery cells, a circuit board on the plurality of battery cells to gather voltage information of the plurality of battery cells, the circuit board including at least one connection hole exposing at least a part of each of a pair of adjacent battery cells of the plurality of battery cells, and a plurality of connectors between the plurality of battery cells and the circuit board, the plurality of connectors being voltage measurement lines.

An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a battery module including: battery cells including negative and positive electrodes on the same side; a first conductive plate provided at end portions of the battery cells and adjacent to the negative and positive electrodes, the first conductive plate including first through-holes through which the negative and positive electrodes are respectively exposed and first stepped portions which are adjacent to the first through-holes and recessed toward the battery cells; an insulative plate arranged on the first conductive plate and including second through-holes which at least partially overlap the first through-holes; a second conductive plate on the insulative plate, the second conductive plate including third through-holes which at least partially overlap the second through-holes and second stepped portions which are adjacent to the third through-holes and recessed toward the insulative plate; first connection tabs electrically connecting the positive electrodes or the negative electrodes to the first stepped portions; and second connection tabs electrically connecting the others of the positive electrodes and the negative electrodes to the second stepped portions.

A battery pack includes: battery cells, each including end portions in a height direction thereof; a case accommodating the battery cells and a cooling fluid; and first and second holder plates coupled to the case to face each other along the case such that the end portions of the battery cells are insertable therethrough, an accommodation space being defined between the first and second holder plates to accommodate the cooling fluid, and the case, the battery cells, and the first and second holder plates have heights in the height direction that satisfy the condition: a height between the first and second holder plates &#x3c;a height of the battery cells &#x3c;a height of the case, and the battery pack further includes a potting resin on the first and second holder plates.

A battery pack includes: battery cells each including first and second end portions that are opposite each other in a length direction; a case providing an accommodation space in which each battery cell and a cooling fluid for cooling the battery cell are located, the case including a first cover covering the first end portion of the battery cell, the first cover including a first terminal hole through which the first end portion of the battery cell is partially exposed; and first and second sealing members doubly surrounding the first terminal hole from an outside of the first terminal hole to block a cooling fluid leakage passage formed through the first terminal hole. Therefore, while improving heat-dissipating performance, a cooling fluid sealing structure may be provided to the battery pack to prevent cooling fluid leakage from the accommodation space in which the battery cells are accommodated.

A battery pack includes: battery cells including first battery cells and second battery cells, each of the first and second battery cells including a first end portion and a second end portion that are opposite each other in a length direction of the respective battery cell, adjacent first end portions being arranged in a stepped manner; and a case providing an accommodation space in which the battery cells and a cooling fluid to cool the battery cells are configured to be accommodated, the case including a first cover covering the first end portions of the battery cells, the first cover being arranged along a height difference between the first end portions of the first and second battery cells and defining a height difference space, corresponding to the height difference, on an outer side of the first cover.

A battery pack includes: a plurality of battery cells; a printed circuit board (PCB) substrate electrically connected to the plurality of battery cells and including first and second surfaces opposite each other; and first and second electrode tabs electrically connecting each of the plurality of battery cells and the PCB substrate and respectively connected to conductive pads that have different polarities and are located on the first surface of the PCB substrate. The battery pack has an improved structure for easily electrically connecting the battery cells.

A battery pack includes battery cells adjacent to each other, each of the battery cells including a vent portion, cooling channels penetrating between adjacent ones of the battery cells, a cell holder to accommodate the battery cells, the cell holder including hollow protruding portions surrounding the cooling channels, respectively, and protruding away from the battery cells, and a separation member on the cell holder, the separation member including open areas opened to accommodate the hollow protruding portions inserted therein, respectively, and a shield area that closes above the vent portion.
