An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element having a bottom surface and an upper surface, an anode lead terminal, and outer packaging resin. The electrode lead terminal includes a terminal portion and two anchor portions. The terminal portion has a principal surface exposed from the bottom surface, and has an end side along a longitudinal direction of the anode lead. Each of the two anchor portions includes an upright portion that rises from an end side of the terminal portion toward the upper surface. The upright portion has a first region exposed from the bottom surface in a vicinity of a boundary with the end side, the first region has an inclined surface continuous with the principal surface of the terminal portion, and the inclined surface is inclined to form an obtuse angle with the principal surface of the terminal portion.

Electrolytic capacitor

An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element, an anode lead terminal, a cathode lead terminal, and an exterior body. The anode lead terminal includes an anode terminal part and a first upright part. The first upright part includes two exposed parts and a bent part disposed between the two exposed parts. The two exposed parts are connected to the anode terminal part and exposed from the exterior body The bent part includes a recess at a tip of the bent part. The bent part is bent toward a first end surface of the capacitor element so that the recess is disposed in the exterior body. An anode lead is connected to the recess of the bent part.

A method for producing an electrolytic capacitor includes: a first step of preparing an anode body, and forming a dielectric layer on a surface of the anode body; a second step of forming a first conductive polymer layer on a surface of the dielectric layer, the first conductive polymer layer including a first conductive polymer and a first silane compound; a third step of bringing the first conductive polymer layer into contact with a first treatment liquid; and a fourth step of providing a second silane compound to the first conductive polymer layer after the third step.

Method for producing electrolytic capacitor

An electrolytic capacitor includes an anode body, a dielectric layer formed on the anode body, a first conductive polymer layer covering at least a part of the dielectric layer, and a second conductive polymer layer covering at least a part of the first conductive polymer layer. The first conductive polymer layer contains a first conductive polymer and a first silane compound. The second conductive polymer layer contains a second conductive polymer and a basic compound. The basic compound may be an amine compound.

Electrolytic capacitor and method for manufacturing same

An electrolytic capacitor includes: an anode body; a dielectric layer formed on the anode body; a first conductive polymer layer which covers at least a portion of the dielectric layer; and a second conductive polymer layer which covers at least a portion of the first conductive polymer layer. The first layer contains a first conductive polymer and a first dopant, and covers at least a portion of the dielectric layer. Solid electrolytic capacitor, and production method therefor

A solid electrolytic capacitor with suppressed occurrence of short circuit is provided. The solid electrolytic capacitor includes an anode body having a surface on which a dielectric film is formed, and a conductive polymer layer formed on the dielectric film. The conductive polymer layer includes at least a first conductive polymer layer formed on the dielectric film and a second conductive polymer layer formed on the first conductive polymer layer. A silane compound in the first conductive polymer layer and the silane compound in the second conductive polymer layer have respective concentrations different from each other.
