A vehicle front structure includes: an air guide member arranged behind an opening of a front bumper to guide rearward ambient air taken through the opening; a radar attached to an upper front grille; and a grille support member arranged behind the radar and extending substantially horizontally in a vehicle front-rear direction, wherein a front end of the grille support member is fixed to the upper front grille, and a rear end of the grille support member is fixed to the air guide member.

Vehicle front structure

Provided is a molded article () of a vehicle (S) designed to be placed in a path of millimeter wave transmitted from a radar device () that can minimize the attenuation of the millimeter wave. The molded product has a thickness as measured in a direction of the path of the millimeter wave transmitted from the radar device which is an integer multiple of a half wavelength of the millimeter wave in the molded article.

Molded article for vehicle

A bumper beam structure has a metal and molded bumper beam main body extending in a width direction of a vehicle, wherein a rear face of the main body is joined to side frames of the vehicle; and a center gusset joined to a center portion of the bumper beam main body in the length direction of the main body so as to produce a closed section at a front face of the bumper beam main body. The center gusset has a pair of support walls which are respectively adhered and fastened to upper and lower walls of the bumper beam main body in a manner such that the support walls are respectively laid over the upper and the lower walls. Preferably, in each support wall, ends in a length direction of the support wall are inclined with respect to a plane which is perpendicular to the length direction.
