An ignition coil control device includes: an energization control unit that controls to energize an ignition coil by first energization control and second energization control shorter in energization time than the first energization control; a cruise area determination unit that determines that a driving area of a vehicle is located in a cruise area on the basis of a throttle opening and an engine speed; and an integration counter that is incremented every predetermined time when the first energization control is being executed in the cruise area and is decremented every predetermined time in other cases. When a counter value of the integration counter reaches an upper limit value, a cooling process of switching from the first energization control to the second energization control is executed. Such ignition coil control device can appropriately switch energization time while preventing excessive heating of an ignition coil without using a current sensor.

Ignition coil control device

A headlight includes a housing, a low-beam light source and a high-beam light source, a board, and an upper inner lens and a lower inner lens. The low-beam light source and the high-beam light source are each formed of an LED that is housed in the housing and radiates light. The board controls light beams emitted from the low-beam light source and the high-beam light source. The upper inner lens and the lower inner lens are provided in the housing and allow each of the light beams emitted from the low-beam light source and the high-beam light source to be transmitted through the upper inner lens and the lower inner lens toward the vehicle front side. At least part of the board is disposed to overlap with the rear side of the upper inner lens for the low-beam light source.

An LED lighting device system for a vehicle prevents erroneous lighting of the LED lighting device due to leakage current at fee operation switch. An LED lighting device system for a vehicle is provided with an LED lighting device having an LED light source, an operation switch for lighting and extinguishing the LED light source, and a power source that is connected to the input side of the operation switch and feeds electrical current to the LED light source. The LED light device system for a vehicle has a switching element capable of blocking electrical current flowing to the LED light source and a detection unit that detects voltage on the output side of the operation switch and causes the switching element to block the electrical current.

Vehicle LED lighting device system

In a lighting system for a vehicle provided with a main light, an extension arranged between a reflector of the main light and an outer lens, a light guide member located in the vicinity of the extension, and a light source for the light guide member provided separately from a light source for the main light, the light source and a driver for the light guide member are arranged effectively to improve external appearance. A light incident section provided in the light guide member for admitting light from the light source for the light guide member, and a driver for the light guide member for adjusting power supply amount to the light source for the light guide member, are arranged in such a position as to be covered with an extension in a front view.

Lighting system for vehicle

A headlamp assembly for a saddle-type vehicle includes left and right light-emitting portions arranged on left and right sides, respectively, of a housing. Each of the light-emitting portions includes a light source and a concave reflector, disposed proximate the light source for reflecting light forwardly. Each reflector has an inclined surface configured such that the rear surfaces of the reflectors extend in directions separating from each other as the reflectors extend rearwardly. A driver for driving the light sources of the left and right light-emitting portions is arranged behind and in between the left and right reflectors.

Headlamp assembly for a saddle-type vehicle

A lighting device includes a housing including a front opening portion and a rear opening portion; a light source unit including LED light sources and a heat sink configured to absorb and radiate heat produced by the LED light source; a socket formed by an elastic member and configured to allow the heat sink to be fitted and supported in the rear opening portion such that part of the heat sink is exposed rearward through the rear opening portion and that aiming adjustment is enabled by changing a position of the light source unit relative to the housing. A knob used for manually turning an adjustment screw is attached to a rear end portion of the adjustment screw, and the socket is provided with a rib extending along a circumferential direction of the socket and protruding rearward of the heat sink.

Lighting device

A headlight structure for ensuring easy structural designing of a light guide member to enhance the degree of the freedom of shape. Reflectors and left and right lenses are disposed respectively on the left and right sides of the center of a vehicle body. Second light sources are attached respectively to the left and right of a light guide member which is roughly W-shaped. Attachment portions and connection portions are hidden by a light-blocking light cover. The left and right reflectors and left and right including shining portions that are visible through the lenses wherein light evenness can be enhanced within an externally visible region. The headlight can be easily enlarged in size and in diameter. The second light sources make it is easy to design the structure of the light guide member for enhancing the degree of the freedom of shape.

Headlight structure for vehicle

In a headlight of a motorcycle, a holder, first light sources and second light sources are arranged inside a lamp unit. The lamp unit is formed with a housing and an outer lens. The first light sources are main low beam light sources supported by the holder. The second light sources are subordinate low beam light sources that are supported independently by a housing other than the holder, the housing not permitting adjustment of the optical axis, and produce a smaller amount of light than the first light sources.

Vehicle lamp

In the present invention, an inner lens of a turn signal lamp is provided with: a lens cut part that inhibits the transmission of light travelling, when seen in a front view, linearly from a substrate toward an outer lens; a projection part that projects toward an LED; and an eave part that extends from the base end side of the projection part inwardly in the vehicle width direction. A harness that is electrically connected with the LED is connected to the substrate through a partial space that is surrounded by the substrate, the projection part, and the eave part.

Lighting device for vehicle

A headlamp assembly for a saddle-type vehicle ensures a generous light-emitting area of an upper lamp, and can make a gap formed between upper and lower lamps hard to see. The headlamp assembly includes upper and lower lamps, each including a light source and a reflector, with the lower lamp arranged below the upper lamp. The headlamp assembly also includes extension members, which extend in a substantially horizontal direction and approach front ends of the reflectors from a front side thereof, where flange portions are attached to and extend downwardly from the lower edges of the reflectors.

A lighting control system is provided with a blinker switch, a hazard switch, and a control circuit which controls the flashing of blinker lamps. The CPU of the control circuit, after detecting an input signal from one switch input port among a left side and a right side switch input port, determines that the hazard switch is switched on when an input signal from the other of the switch input ports is detected within a predetermined time, and determines that the blinker switch is switched on when no input signal from the other of the switch input ports is detected.

Vehicle lighting control system

A method and apparatus for controlling lighting in a saddle-ride type vehicle includes a control unit configured to turn on a lamp comprising a light emitting diode. The apparatus also includes a manipulation switch which is turned on and off based upon manipulation by a rider. The control unit includes an input port receiving power from a power source based upon actuation of the manipulation switch, and an input circuit configured to determine a leak state of the manipulation switch based on an input voltage to the input port. A control part is configured to control lighting of the lamp based on a result of the determination. An erroneous lighting prevention resistance is connected between the manipulation switch and input circuit on one end, and ground on the other end. An intermittent power source switch is configured to be cyclically turned on or off by the control part, and is provided between the manipulation switch and the power source.

Light emitting diode lighting circuit of saddle-ride-type vehicle

In a harness wiring structure, a covering member which covers electric wires has a mesh-like portionwhich is formed of a mesh-like member and covers a wire connection portion where the electric wires are connected with each other. The mesh-like portion is formed on a horizontally extending portion. The mesh-like portion is arranged in the inside defined between left and right main frames. The mesh-like portion is covered with a seat and a fuel tank from above, and is covered with a rear fender from behind. The mesh-like portion is arranged below a cross pipe.
