A three-dimensional printer including a printer head, a target object holding device that rotatably holds the printing target object, a three-dimensional movement supporting device that movably supports the target object holding device, and a control device, where the control device carries out a process of setting a printing target point, which is a position where the ink is to be discharged from a nozzle, an ideal landing point and an actual landing point are calculated in the relevant process, and when positions are shifted between the ideal landing point and the actual landing point, correction corresponding to a shift amount of the position is carried out to set a printing target point.

Printing apparatus, control method for printing apparatus, and printing method

An ultraviolet irradiation unit () is provided with an ultraviolet irradiation device () and an ink mist sucking and removing device (). The ink mist sucking and removing device () includes a blower fan (), an air filter () and a device cover () for forming an air flow passage whose one end is provided with a suction port () located in an upper vicinity of a printing object () and whose another end is provided with a ventilation port () facing an LED drive circuit board (). Air in the upper vicinity of a printing object () is sucked through the suction port () by the blower fan (), ink mist included in the air is removed by the air filter (), and cleaned air discharged through the ventilation port () is blown to an LED circuit board (), an LED drive circuit board ().

Ultraviolet irradiation unit

A 3D inkjet printer includes an inkjet head and a medium holder configured to hold a medium having a three-dimensional shape. A Y-axial driving mechanism is capable of moving the inkjet head along a Y-axial. A Z-axial supporting mechanism supports the medium holder so as to be movable along a Z-axial direction. An X-axial driving mechanism is capable of moving the Z-axial supporting mechanism along an X-axial direction. A Z-axial driving mechanism is capable of moving the medium holder along the Z-axial direction. The medium holder includes an A-axial driving mechanism capable of swinging the medium along an A-axial direction. The A-axial direction is a rotational direction about a shaft disposed along the Y-axial direction. A B-axial driving mechanism is capable of rotating the medium along a B-axial direction. The B-axial direction is a rotational direction about a shaft disposed perpendicular to the Y-axial direction.

3D inkjet printer

A printer includes a holding unit, a printer head, a supporting device, a movement controller and a printing controller. The holding unit is configured to hold a print substrate having a surface to be printed. The axes X and Y pass through the print substrate. The movement controller is configured to move the holding unit and the printer head relative to each other in the directions of the axes X, Y and Z which are substantially perpendicular to each other and configured to rotate the holding unit about the axes X and Y relative to the printer head. The printing controller is configured to control ejection of the ink from the printer head according to a relative position of the holding unit and the printer head.

A three-dimensional printer comprises a base, a first supporting membersupported on the base such that the first supporting member is movable in the direction of an axis X, a second supporting membersupported on the first supporting member such that the second supporting member is movable in the direction of an axis Z, a third supporting membersupported on the second supporting member such that the third supporting member is rotatable about a first rotation axis Yextending in the direction of an axis Y, a holding chuck, for holding a print substrate, supported on the third supporting member such that the holding chuck is rotatable about a second rotation axis X, and a printer headsupported on the baseto extend above the print substratesuch that the printer head is movable in the direction of the axis Y. The movement and rotation of the first through third supporting members and the holding chuck are controlled by a movement controller and the movement of the printer headis also controlled by the movement controller. The ejection of ink from the printer headis controlled by a printing controller according to the movement and rotation control by the movement controller.

Three-dimensional printer

A printer includes a holding unit, a printer head, a movement controller and a printing controller. The holding unit is configured to hold a print substrate having a surface to be printed. The printer head is configured to eject ink from a plurality of ejection nozzles to the surface. The movement controller is configured to move the holding unit and the printer head relative to each other. The printing controller is configured to control ejection of the ink from the printer head according to a surface curvature of the surface and a relative position of the holding unit and the printer head.

Printer and printing method

A device for continuously measuring the skin local sweating rate includes a capsule used for applying on a human skin at a measuring point and an air supply element for supplying dehumidified air to the capsule. A first chamber is formed between the capsule and the skin for receiving water vapor perspired from the skin and the dehumidified air supplied from the air supply element to produce the mixture of perspiration oriented water vapor through the skin and the dehumidified air. A second chamber is also formed within the capsule and connected with the first chamber through a communicating hole. The device further includes a humidity detecting element disposed in the second chamber. The humidity detecting element varies its electrical circuit constant according to the relative humidity of the mixture. A temperature detecting element is disposed in the second chamber for detecting the temperature in the second chamber and for outputting signals corresponding to the temperature. A humidity detecting signal output element is mounted on the capsule and is electrically connected with the humidity detecting element for outputting a humidity detecting signal corresponding to the circuit constant of the humidity detecting element. A calculation circuit calculates the sweating rate which is independent of the temperature of the mixture, based on the signals from the humidity detecting signal output element and the temperature detecting element. An element is provided for continuously recording the data of the sweating rate obtained by the calculation circuit.
