A user inputs identification information in a terminal, and generates identification information and bar code information about a signature program. A receiver reads the bar code information of the user using a bar code reader. The bar code reader executes a signature program, generates signature information containing the identification information of the user, and requests a certification device to verify the signature information.

The invention solves the inconvenience that a customer would experience when his/her electronic wallet was lost or broken down. A backup condition testing means tests predefined backup conditions to determine whether to make a backup, when an electronic wallet device communicates with any other device to transfer monetary data. When the backup condition testing means has determined to make a backup, a backup data sending means sends a predetermined set of backup data collected from the electronic wallet device. A backup data management means receives the backup data from the backup data sending means and saves the received data into its backup database. In this way, the proposed system automatically saves backup data of the electronic wallet device when any backup condition is met. This mechanism permits the customer to have an alternative electronic wallet device to be promptly issued when his/her electronic wallet device is lost.

An image division unit divides an original image. Each divided image is assigned an identifier, and additional information for generating an image corresponding to each divided image. An image distribution unit transmits the divided image and a reference drawing to a corresponding image generation terminal device. The image generation terminal device displays the reference drawing, generates an image corresponding to the received divided image, and transmit the generated image to an image distribution device. In an air conditioner, at least one up-down wind direction board rotates in an up-down direction around almost horizontal rotation axis within an air outlet, and a plurality of lateral wind direction boards rotating laterally are provided around rotation axes as the center which are almost orthogonal to the rotation axis of said up-down wind direction board.
