A door opening and closing assisting apparatus that assists an opening and closing operation of a door on a vehicle is provided. The door opening and closing assisting apparatus includes: an information obtainer that obtains information on an opening and closing acceleration of the door; a door actuator that performs driving for assisting the opening and closing operation of the door; a target assisting power computer that computes a target assisting power for assisting the opening and closing operation of the door; and a controller that performs driving control for the door actuator based on the target assisting power. The controller starts the driving control for the door actuator at a timing at which the information obtainer obtains the opening and closing acceleration of the door.

Door opening and closing assisting apparatus

A power door device includes: a motor actuator to open/close a vehicle door; a controller to control driving of the motor actuator and include an abnormal state dealing unit; an information unit to acquire information about a vertical vehicle acceleration, and a motor load for the motor actuator; and a diagnostic unit to generate an abnormal signal when the motor load exceeds a predetermined load threshold and when the vertical acceleration does not exceed an predetermined acceleration threshold. When the motor load exceeds the load threshold and the vertical vehicle acceleration does not exceed a predetermined acceleration threshold, the diagnostic unit diagnoses an abnormality generates the abnormal signal. The abnormal state dealing unit performs the abnormal dealing control including stop movement during the door opening/closing in response to the abnormal signal.

Power door device

A door structure configured so that a sensor within an outer handle can be protected against water. A door structure for a vehicle is provided with: a first cover member constituting the outer surface of an outer handle; a sensor for detecting the approach of a user to the first cover member or the contact of the user with the first cover member; a marker provided on the outer surface of the first cover member at a location overlapping a region to be detected by the sensor; and a shield section provided between the sensor and the marker.

Door structure

In a door opening and closing device for a vehicle in which a cylinder body of a cylinder lock having a rotor turned in response to a key operation and a casing of a door-locking device which has a door-locking lever shaft turned in response to the turning of the rotor and is switched over between a locking state and an unlocking state in response to the turning of the door-locking lever shaft are mounted to a door, a turning movement-transmitting member having a flexibility is disposed between the cylinder lock and the door-locking device so as to transmit a turning force of the rotor to the door-locking lever shaft by its twisting motion responsive to the turning of the rotor. Thus, it is possible to increase the degree of freedom for the relative dispositions of the cylinder lock and the door-locking device, while eliminating the need for a protector for preventing the unauthorized access from the outside.

Door opening and closing device for vehicle and assembly method thereof

In an apparatus for locking and unlocking a vehicle door, an inner cable, with one end connected to a rotor to make a twisting operation in response to the rotation of the rotor of a cylinder lock and the other end connected to a key operation input shaft of a door lock mechanism, is inserted through an outer casing with opposite ends connected to the cylinder lock and the door lock mechanism. A locking part capable of elastically engaging with an engaging part provided at a casing included by the door lock mechanism is provided at an end portion of the outer casing at a side of the door lock mechanism. An engagement release inhibiting member which is capable of inhibiting release of engagement of the engaging part with the locking part, is fitted to one of the end portion of the outer casing at the side of the door lock mechanism and the casing to be capable of being displaced between an engagement release allowing position which allows release of engagement and an engagement release inhibiting position which inhibits release of engagement. Therefore, a connecting state of the outer casing to the door lock mechanism can be prevented from being easily released.

Apparatus for locking and unlocking vehicle door

An apparatus for locking and unlocking a vehicle door includes a cylinder lock having a rotor, a door lock mechanism including a key operation input shaft which rotates to switch a locked state and an unlocked state of a door, and a torque cable for transmitting rotation of the rotor to the key operation input shaft. One end of the torque cable is connected to the rotor via a gear transmission mechanism accommodated in a gear case. The gear transmission mechanism is constructed by a face gear coaxially connected to the rotor, and a pinion gear which has an axial line perpendicular to an axial line of the face gear, is connected to the torque cable, and is meshed with the face gear. The pinion gear is accommodated in the gear case to be capable of being displaced in an axial direction in a limited range while keeping a meshed state with the face gear. Therefore, even if a variation occurs to the mounting position of the cylinder lock and the door lock mechanism to the door, reduction in the ease of assembling the torque cable to the door lock mechanism can be avoided.
