An inverter integrated gas supply device includes an electric motor and an inverter. The electric motor has a motor-side connection part that is configured to receive a drive current. The inverter has an inverter-side connection part that is connected to the motor-side connection part, and configured to supply the drive current to the motor-side connection part. The motor-side connection part includes a motor-side connector housing fixed to a motor case, a motor connector that is configured to receive the drive current, and a sealing member configured to seal a gap between the motor-side connector housing and the motor connector.

An inverter integrated gas supply device includes a fluid machine configured to discharge air, an electric motor having a motor casing and configured to drive the fluid machine, an inverter having an inverter casing and configured to supply a drive current to the electric motor, a motor-side connection part attached to the motor casing and configured to receive the drive current, and an inverter-side connection part attached to the inverter casing, connected to the motor-side connection part. The motor-side connection part includes a motor-side connector housing, and a motor connector. The inverter-side connection part includes an inverter-side connector housing, and an inverter connector. A position of the motor connector relative to the motor-side connector housing is fixed; and a position of the inverter connector relative to the inverter-side connector housing is variable.

Inverter integrated gas supply device

A turbine includes a rotary shaft; a turbine impeller attached to the rotary shaft; a housing including a turbine housing that accommodates the turbine impeller; and a bearing that rotatably supports the rotary shaft. The turbine housing includes a first discharge path configured to discharge gas in a space, in which the bearing is provided, to an exhaust gas outlet port in the turbine housing. A bottom surface of the first discharge path is constituted of an inclined portion descending from a first inlet opening toward a first outlet opening, or is constituted of the inclined portion and a horizontal portion that continuously extends horizontally from the inclined portion.

A centrifugal compressor includes a rotary shaft of a compressor impeller, a gas bearing structure that supports the rotary shaft, a motor that rotates the rotary shaft, a motor housing that houses the motor, a compressor housing that houses the compressor impeller and includes an intake port and a discharge port, a gas bleed port that is provided closer to the discharge port than the compressor impeller in a flow direction in the compressor housing, a bearing cooling line that connects the gas bleed port to the gas bearing structure, and a heat exchanger that is disposed on the bearing cooling line. The heat exchanger is mounted on at least one of the motor housing and the compressor housing.

A centrifugal compressor includes a motor that rotates a rotary shaft of a compressor impeller, a motor housing that houses the motor, a compressor housing that houses the compressor impeller and includes an intake port and a discharge port, an gas bleed port that is provided closer to the discharge port than the compressor impeller in a flow direction in the compressor housing, a cooling gas line which is connected to the gas bleed port and through which a part of compressed gas compressed by the compressor impeller passes, a cooling liquid line of which at least a part is provided in the motor housing and through which cooling liquid of which the temperature is lower than the temperature of the compressed gas passes, and a heat exchanger that is disposed on the cooling gas line and the cooling liquid line.

A centrifugal compressor includes a rotation shaft, a compressor impeller attached to one end of the rotation shaft, and a first wall surface and a second wall surface formed inside a housing so as to face each other in an axial direction. A diffuser is formed between the first wall surface and the second wall surface in the axial direction, and a wall portion separates the diffuser from an axial space inside the housing in which the rotation shaft extends. The wall portion includes at least one extraction hole that fluidly couples the diffuser to the axial spate and that is configured to extract a gas from the diffuser.

Provided is a bearing structure for a turbocharger including a turbine and a compressor provided at both ends of a rotation shaft and supporting the rotation shaft to a housing, including: a first radial bearing of an oil lubrication type provided on the side of the turbine of the rotation shaft; a second radial bearing corresponding to an air bearing provided on the side of the compressor of the rotation shaft; a gas seal portion provided in the periphery of the rotation shaft between the first radial bearing and the turbine; and a thrust bearing corresponding to an air bearing provided on the side of the compressor of the rotation shaft.

A sealing structure includes: an insertion hole formed in a sealing plate; a sealing ring provided in the insertion hole; a first rotating body provided to the shaft, at least a part of the first rotating body positioned inside the insertion hole; a second rotating body disposed at a position apart from the compressor impeller than the first rotating body and having a maximum outer diameter larger than a minimum inner diameter of the insertion hole; and an annular receiving groove formed by the first rotating body and the second rotating body and receiving an inner circumferential surface side of the sealing ring.

A base portion of the support ring includes as many joining areas as connection pins. The joining areas respectively surround pin holes through which to insert end portions of the connection pins, and are arranged in a circumferential direction of the support ring. Cuts are formed around each joining area of the support ring in order to allow deformation of an intermediate portion of the support ring relative to the joining area.

In a turbocharger of the type in which a turbine and a compressor are disposed in back-to-back relationship and bearings are disposed on the suction side of the compressor, the turbine and the compressor are isolated thermally from each other; the service life of the antifriction bearings is increased; lubrication oil sealability is improved; and machining of a shaft is facilitated.

A bearing device for a turbocharger wherein a bearing casing is interposed between a turbine casing and a compressor casing; disposed within a bearing housing of the bearing casing are a ball bearing on the side of the turbine and a ball bearing on the side of the compressor both of which is supported by a one-piece oil film damper which is floating; and a pin is loosely fitted into the oil film damper and the bearing housing so as to prevent the rotation of the oil film damper.
