A power conversion device includes: a power conversion circuit that outputs power to a power output terminals to which electric cables of a power cable for supplying AC power to a motor is connected; an encoder circuit that outputs encoder information on the basis of angle information input to an information input terminal and supplied from signal lines of a signal transmission cable; a control unit that outputs a control signal that controls the power conversion circuit on the basis of the encoder information supplied from the encoder circuit; a shield terminal connected to a shield of the signal transmission cable which is electrically connected to a ground line of a power cable on the motor side; and a determination unit that detects a current input to the shield terminal and flowing through the shield of the signal transmission cable, and outputs disconnection detection information for disconnection in the shield.

Power conversion device, motor drive system, and disconnection detection method for signal transmission cable

A printed board including an external interface, a frame ground trace electrically connected to the external interface, a circuit member spaced from the frame ground trace, and a resonance trace disposed between the frame ground trace and the circuit member with a gap present between the resonance trace and the frame ground trace. The resonance trace is connected to the circuit member at at least two positions. The resonance trace and the circuit member together form a loop member configured in the form of a closed circuit of the resonance trace and the circuit member.

A dual-mode choke coil includes: a lower core that has a first through fourth columnar body; a first upper core and a second upper core; a first coil in which two coil conductors are respectively wound onto the first columnar body and a third columnar body in mutually different directions and are connected in series; and a second coil in which two coil conductors are respectively wound onto a second columnar body and the fourth columnar body in mutually different directions and are connected in series, and in which the winding direction of the coil conductor of the second columnar body is the same as that of the coil conductor of the first columnar body. With this configuration, both common mode noise and normal mode noise can be reduced.

Dual-mode choke coil and high-frequency filter using same, and on-board motor integrated electric power steering and on-board charging device

Even when a grounding capacitor is included at either end of a common mode coil, there is noise that flows from a load into a metal frame, and there is a need to restrict an amount of noise propagating to a system power supply. Because of this, a noise loop is formed of a rectifier circuit, an inverter, a first electrical wire that connects a positive polarity side of the rectifier circuit and the inverter, a second electrical wire that connects a negative polarity side of the rectifier circuit and the inverter, a ground wire terminal that can connect a load connected to an output terminal or the inverter, and a conductive plate that connects at least one or the first electrical wire and second electrical wire and the ground wire terminal.

A power semiconductor device includes a first polarity-side semiconductor element whose first principal electrode is in contact with a first polarity-side surface electrode on an insulator plate; a second polarity-side semiconductor element whose first principal electrode is in contact with an intermediate surface electrode on the insulator plate; an intermediate conductor connecting the intermediate surface electrode with a second principal electrode of the first polarity-side semiconductor element; a heatsink being in contact with the insulator plate; a sealing resin sealing the first polarity-side semiconductor element, the second polarity-side semiconductor element, the insulator plate, and the intermediate conductor; a second polarity-side terminal of plate-type connected with a second principal electrode of the second polarity-side semiconductor element and extending externally from the scaling resin; and an adjusting electrode mounted and connected to the heatsink so as to have a surface facing the second polarity-side terminal.

Drift tube linear accelerator

A circular accelerator comprises a target current value memory which stores a target current value of a beam current of charged particle which is extracted from an extracting device; and a frequency determination part in which a frequency change ratio is obtained by performing a feedback control based on an error signal between a detection signal of a beam current detector and a target current value which is stored in a target current value memory, and determines a subsequent frequency from the obtained frequency change ratio and a current frequency, wherein the subsequent frequency which is determined by the frequency determination part is stored in a frequency memory and a radio-frequency generator generates the subsequent radio-frequency of frequency which is determined.

Circular accelerator and its operation method

The particle beam rotational irradiation apparatus is provided with an irradiation nozzle that irradiates a charged particle beam, a beam transport unit that transports the charged particle beam to the irradiation nozzle, and a rotating unit that can rotate around the isocenter; the particle beam rotational irradiation apparatus is characterized in that the beam transport unit has three or more bending electromagnets and in that the bending electromagnets are arranged in such a way that in the case where as a pair of bending planes, any two of the bending planes of the bending electromagnets are selected, the two bending planes of at least one pair of bending planes are not on the same plane, not parallel with each other, and not perpendicular to each other.

Particle beam rotational irradiation apparatus

The circular accelerator comprises: a bending electromagnet that generates a bending magnetic field; a radio-frequency power source that generates a radio-frequency electric field in accordance with an orbital frequency of charged particles; a radio-frequency electromagnetic field coupling part connected to the radio-frequency power source; an acceleration electrode connected to the radio-frequency electromagnetic field coupling part; and an acceleration-electrode-opposing ground plate provided to form an acceleration gap between the plate itself and the acceleration electrode, for generating the radio-frequency electromagnetic field in an orbiting direction of the charged particles; wherein the bending electromagnet generates the bending magnetic field varying in such a way that the orbital frequency of the charged particles varies in a variation range of 0.7% to 24.7% with respect to an orbital frequency at the charged-particles' extraction portion, during a time of injection to extraction of the particles.
