An operator is allowed to easily recognize a difference between a manipulation actually performed when performing a work and a manipulation serving a model for the work. A manipulation guide device for a work machine includes a manipulation device, a storage unit, and a display unit. The manipulation device is manipulated by an operator of the work machine to operate the work machine. The storage unit stores model data serving as a model when the manipulation device is manipulated. The display unit displays a change over time in a result of comparison between actual manipulation data about an actual manipulation of the manipulation device by the operator and model data in a time period during an operation of the work machine.

Manipulation guide device

There is provided a system including a work machine, comprising a main body of the work machine, a work implement attached to the main body of the work machine, an operating member operated to operate the work implement, and a computer. The computer has a trained position estimation model for determining the position of a portion of the work implement that is a target of positional estimation. The computer obtains an operation command value causing the work implement to make a movement in response to an operation of the operating member, uses the trained position estimation model to estimate from the operation command value an amount of displacement of the target of positional estimation from a reference position, and outputs an estimated position that is a position of the target of positional estimation estimated from the reference position and the amount of displacement.

A work implement's position is determined. Provided is a system including a work machine, the system comprising: a work machine body; a work implement attached to the work machine body; an imaging device that captures an image of the work implement; and a computer. The computer includes a trained position estimation model. The computer is programmed to obtain the image of the work implement captured by the imaging device and use the trained position estimation model to obtain a position of the work implement estimated from the captured image.

There is provided a hydraulic excavator allowing a simple configuration to be employed to determine a posture of a work implement accurately. The work implement and an imaging device are attached to a revolving unit. The work implement operates on a prescribed operating plane. The imaging device captures an image of the work implement at an angle larger than 0&#xb0; with respect to the operating plane. The controller determines a position of the work implement relative to the revolving unit based on a posture of the work implement in the image captured by the imaging device.

A work vehicle includes a work implement and a controller. The work implement includes a vehicular body that travels in excavation, a boom pivotable with respect to the vehicular body, and a bucket pivotable with respect to the boom. The controller calculates a direction of a cutting edge of the bucket, determines a direction of movement of the cutting edge by an excavation operation such that an excavation angle between the calculated direction of the cutting edge of the bucket and the direction of movement of the cutting edge by the excavation operation keeps a predetermined angle, and causes the work vehicle to perform the excavation operation in the direction of movement.
